Well... I came here to get food, because I was in the area, and I ordered the number 3 which has bacon on it. And is double meat.. And is almost $9...i also asked for extra pickles. They didn't put bacon, the double meat OR extra pickles on it. My grandmother's burger was the number 1 which was fine. Mind you I live all the way in Dayton. I call them when I get home and all they can say is "bring the burger back and we will put bacon and pickles on it" What about my time? My gas $$$? I will NEVER come back here again. This isn't the first time they've messed up. I've let it go the first time, but when they play with my money... Hell no!! They lost a customer, and I hope y'all don't come here. It showed my ordered was coming. I waited a little while and pushed the button and they said they were closed but finally the person listened as was asked a6the order. She said it was coming. Waited a few more minutes and pushed the button again. Told again they were closed and canceled my order. Why didn't they tell me when I checked in? I would have understood that instead of wasting my time. I think this was the same crew who weeks before instead of working kept socializing. I waited 20 minutes just for a drink.    Read moreOrdered In the app at 2:54pm today. Sat in our stall for 30 mins before I had to flag down a carhop and ask him about our food.. then all of a sudden it was coming out. The lady that pulled up about 15 mins after us pushed the button AND got her food before we did. The food was also cold, soggy and the drinks were already watered down like it had been sitting there for a while. Waste of $30 but I had already paid and Didnât feel like waiting another 30 mins for food to be remade or anyone to attempt to help us with our issue, so my husband and I ate and drove our hour back home.
