Recently went into Taco Bell in Liberty and there were workers standing around in the back not doing anything other than talking and laughing. There were no customers inside other than me and my 4 grandkids and there was no one in the drive through when we came in. I waited at the counter and finally got someones attention. I was told I had to use the self service kiosk. I then asked if no one can personally take my order and was told no. I wanted to go somewhere else but my grandkids really wanted Taco Bell. I placed my order and sat down. A few minutes later, an elderly woman came in and they told her the same thing. This little lady walked up to the kiosk and didn't know what to do so I went and helped her. Well, today I went back to Taco Bell and went through the drive through. I place a $63.00 order and pulled around to the window. Before I even handed the girl my debit card, I asked if I can add one thing to my order and she said I need to go back around and place another order!!! I was dumb founded. Once I got home, I called and talked to Ashley, who said she was the manager. I explained the situation and she said once you get up to the window, you cannot add to your order, not even a drink, because it is corporate policy. Read moreWent thru the drive thru for 3 crunchy tacos, 2 soft tacos, Mexican pizza (no tomato) and a bean and cheese burrito (no lettuce/tomato or onion) and a Mexican pizza (no tomato, onion). They left off 1 crunchy and both soft tacos so we swung back around.
Opened the bean and cheese burrito - hello lettuce, tomato AND onion. Opened the pizza with plenty of tomato and onion.
Back in the store again.
Very frustrating. We were very intentional and polite when ordering but this is an epic fail.
The person at the counter had difficulty fixing the order although we were polite and VERY clear.
On top of it all - in the second time back in the store they were out of Mexican pizza shells. The 3 employees on duty proceeded to argue that there were only 3 of them working how can customers expect them to get everything correct?!
Le sigh. Finally the gentleman offered to refund the erroneous items

I placed an order through the app, and when I arrived to pick the order up after about 20 minutes from the time I placed the order, I waited in the lobby for an additional half hour. Many people received their food before me, despite arriving after me. Another customer in the lobby was simultaneously receiving the same experience. I asked to speak to a manager about the issue, the manager was informed of my request. She made eye contact with me from the kitchen assembly line, then began loudly complaining about me and my order to her employees, while refusing to acknowledge me verbally or come over to speak with me. To summarize this portion: my main complaints are mostly about Speed, lack of Professionalism, and poor service. Additionally, my order contained a “Luxe box”, which is supposed to come with a game code for the new Tony Hawk game when ordered through the app. I did not receive this code.
