A Texas tradition. The cheeseburger is a family heirloom. Get it exactly as it’s made. Maybe easy on the onions if you must but the mustard is mandatory. When it’s 102 outside and you need a glass of water, drive through and order a large. It’s Texas sized and it’s complimentary. Wether or not you order anything else. You can try, but they won’t take your money. You’re in the friendly state! Plus, it’s 102 degrees outside! Would you like jalapeños on that (not me nope) Or hey, you want grilled jalapeños or how about grilled onions on that cheeseburger or chicken sandwich. You got it! They wrap it up and put a little “jalapeños” sticker on it so Aunt Sue doesn’t pull yours out of the bag and start noshing on it before u get a chance. She knew it was yours when she unwrapped it.... She forgot to ask for jalapeños... but now you have the sticker to prove it! These guys are great! Customer service is out of this world. If you dine in, a nice lady with a tray of condiments will come bye and offer you all kinds of wonderful things. Don’t forget to grab a milk shake, onion rings, chicken fingers... All wonderful, all Tx sized so bring a friend to share with! Don’t forget Breakfast!!! It’s the best...
Read moreI have always loved whataburger like proper native Texan, however, recently the drive thru service at this particular location has been lackluster to say the least. In a row, 4 times, I have ordered my meal and in a hurry to get out of their way, and get home I failed to check my bag trusting that they completed my order and making sure to recount all my order to them ensuring they bagged it all; the person handing me the bag nods and says that's it, only to get home and have things missing. Once or twice in a month maybe I could understand but this is becoming a habit that cannot be overlooked. Over the period of several months it has become more often than not but my last 4 visits it has been constantly an incomplete order. I assume there is a shortage of employees, but it's time now for management to review their practices because I will not be back until I see that things have been dealt with and others tell me service has improved. Very...
Read moreI’m not normally one to complain about fast food service since I have worked in the service for quiet a few years. So I understand the struggle sometimes. But my husband and I wanted to go for a late night snack of fries. We ordered 4 lg orders of fries with Buffalo sauce. We sat at the speaker for 10 min. Then he said hello anyone there? No one answered…. Then he said hello we need to order so finally she answered. We ordered our four order of fries and sauce we had 2 cars in front of us. And it took 1 hour and 5 min to get our fries!! I’m not even joking one bit. Not to mention we got to the window she said sorry we had no fries so we have to drop new ones!! Like we have been sitting in line a hour at this point. You see the orders on the screen and the next ones coming up. You only had two cars and we waited 1 hour and 10 min. This is crazy! She did apologize but and I know it’s a team effort but this is just...
