Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Liberty

I called to place an order from Domino's and half way through my order, the young man, JP, suddenly decided that he was "Very sorry, mam, but we don't deliver to your address" This was AFTER he told me that we lived close to a town (Norris) that we do not live next to and roads that were supposedly "close" to me that aren't. I explained calmly, not angry at that point, that I just ordered from them two or three days ago and it was delivered. This young man, again, named JP, absolutely argued with me that we did NOT order from Domino's but somewhere else. I told him, "No, I'm no idiot, I know where I ordered from and in fact, I still have the boxes with the deliver receipt taped to the top" Still, he argued with me, getting VERY rude. He told me I was 45 minutes away from Liberty (I live IN Liberty and am 12 minutes and less than 7 miles from their address) and they right out argued straight out with me. After getting extremely irritated and angry from being told what an idiot I was and that I was basically lying, I hung up and called back from my husband's phone. JP insisted that it must be the fact that the order was called in from a different phone. So I call in from the phone we ordered the delivery from two days ago and still, I was told I was wrong; that I did NOT order from Domino's Pizza, period. There was no "Maybe you're mistaken" nice attitudes but down right insulting "You did NOT order from here" and finally I asked the young man who answered the second time I called and said "So what you're saying is, two days ago you delivered to my house, but now you don't?" And his exact words were, "Yea, that's right, that's what I'm saying. We delivered there two days ago and now we don't and never did" I got so angry I hung up. I will be going to the local Domino's in the morning armed with the receipt PROVING I had a delivery on May 28th that was placed at 9:09 pm, a map PROVING that I'm 7 miles and 12 minutes away (and that's the safe estimation Google Maps gives you) instead of the "45 minutes away" that JP insisted I was and I will also have my husband's phone, PROVING that we did, indeed, order from them and they delivered. I wanted this man fired at first, but I suppose I've cooled down since then. But I do want both men to be disciplined for their pointed rudeness and calling me an out right liar, I want them to admit that they were both wrong and I was right and apologize. There needs to be a full scale investigation against the liberty branch something is majorly messed up with their online order service. Today was the 2nd time we got charged for an order that some how got sent somewhere else by someone else! I mean our delivery address was switched to their home store address! We had to call them an try to piece together what really happened from there continuously charging story an rudely being hung up on and refused to speak with us, long story short they pointed the finger at us an refused to talk or work this out absolutely unfriendly an way to good work out any of their customers issues regarding their service! come to find out we are one of many this is happening to on repeat. We ordered pizza tonight, and I specifically asked for no garlic sauce on the crust. Of course it came with garlic on the crust. I ask for this every time and for some reason they always get it wrong. Then when I called to speak to a manager she was very rude. She was unprofessional and then hung up on me. I am very disappointed.
