We stopped in this morning and ordered 2 Iced Cafe Miels w/oat milk and 2 extra shots of espresso. Coffee was meh- the traditional Miel has honey in it and this one did not, or at least you couldn’t taste a bit of it. They just missed the mark of what a Cafe Miel is. We also ordered a loaded avocado toast w/balsamic and needless to say, it was the most season-less, bland, low effort avocado toast I have ever had. Avocado wasn’t even mashed, no seasoning whatsoever on any of it and I found a few bad avocado slices in it. I couldn’t even eat more than half of it. Was very disappointed. Maybe don’t serve old avocado? The mold can spread throughout the entire avocado without being visible and from the pieces that were bad alone- I ended up discarding the rest of it because who wants to eat mold? When avocado is bad, you throw it out. Don’t salvage it let alone serve it to your customers. The service was nice, everyone there is very welcoming and the shop itself is very pretty. Unfortunately, due to the food and coffee, I personally wouldn’t come back.

Yummy food and great coffee drinks! Today I tried the iced honey lavender latte- it was so well balanced and tasty. I also tried the Supreme Avocado Toast that was served on multigrain toast with diced cherry tomatoes, bacon, goat cheese & balsamic glaze- everything was so fresh and well worth the purchase. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and welcoming. My only suggestion would be to add a changing table to one of the bathrooms. In the two bathrooms on the main side, I did not see one, but I’m not 100% sure if there is another area on the side room. Aside from that , everything else is great!

First of all, we’re thrilled that Tala Coffee is being served here. šŸ˜ I always try the cortado first at any cafe I go to, and this one was wonderful & accompanied by a lil 70% cacao chocolate bar. The dirty chai was a perfect blend of espresso & tea. There’s a good amount of space, but it’s kind of dark for good studying or work. The aesthetic is great though! The playlist in here is bomb šŸ‘ŒšŸ¼. The baristas were extremely enthusiastic & helpful in explaining their offerings since they are still in the soft open phase. It’s hard to see the sign when you’re driving west on Buckley (137).

I took my mother here on her day off. We were looking for places to eat breakfast in the area. We wanted to try something different from the other options people go to. We were greeted by the owner off the restaurant and the workers there. They treated us well and very welcoming. They let us know where the menu was and were open to questions. All the menu options were on the chalkboard. The place is really comfortable for when it comes to seating, music and great interiors. If you are one of those that love to bring your labtop to a cafe to work on something, come here then. I ordered the Southwest Panini which was a great breakfast sandwich that was really fulfilling. I recommend the honey lavender which was really good. Everything here...

What a wonderful place to go! Don't be fooled thinking it is just a coffee place, they have a whole lot more. This morning I had a matcha iced lemonade which was absolutely delicious and paired well with my breakfast burrito. All of this was recommended by wonderful staff member Monica, and it was like nothing else I've ever had.

The burrito is baked, which gives it a flaky crust and was absolutely amazing. The cilantro in the salsa that came with absolutely made a flavor pop! I think I found my new home away from home to work throughout this pandemic and beyond. Take a break from your day, and stop in, you won't be disappointed! ...
