Came here for dinner with a few friends from a recommendation. We had to wait a little longer than we would have liked, but boy was it worth it. I only live 15 minutes away and had no idea this restaurant was there. I highly suggest the pan and stuffed pizzas. Our group had both. Fresh ingredients and my favorite part was the sauce. My new go-to pizza place! They even gave us a free Italian fried dough for waiting an extra fifteen minutes. Update **** came here again this past weekend! This time we ordered for delivery through DoorDash. It’s didn’t disappoint AGAIN. Still my favorite deep dish. I also tried the thin farmers markets and it was DELISH with all fresh ingredients.

Pizza was ok, service was not good. Ordered pizza at 530. Their website said it would be ready at 630. I arrived at 630 and they said they hadn't even started it. I sat there at the restaurant for 50 minutes till 720pm waiting on the pizza. They insisted it would be quicker if they drove it to our house. I said no thank you and that I would stay there and waited either inside or on their patio till it was ready as it would be quicker for me to drive it to my house myself as we have little kids that go to bed around 730. Pizza was ok. Salad was not good. Careful if you order on their website. It looks like there are other reviews of people that say they were given inaccurate times on when the food would be ready as well.

A few notes on the owners reply below: A staff member mentioned they know the online order website gives inaccurate times. So you might think your pizza is ready at 630 but it won't be ready until 720. This is why I felt they were being unethical, knowingly giving people the wrong wait time and not telling them until they arrive when may not have other options for dinner. And it sounds like they have done this to other folks based on Google reviews online. -They insisted that it would be quicker for them to deliver the pizza to me, which was a nice gesture, but I told them having the pizza to our home an hour late didn't help and that I would wait and it would be be just as fast If not quicker. So I waited at their restaurant the entire time since we had hungry young kids at home that were late for their bedtime. -They said it would take a long time for hand tossed pizza so I asked if they could switch our order to thin crust to make it go faster and they ignored my request. -I was really polite to their entire staff right up until the moment at the end when I asked their manager for a discount at the end and she turned around and walked away from me without saying anything. In retrospect based on the owners reply I think she may have thought I left the store and was upset at me. She would have noticed I was there the entire time either waiting inside or waiting on their patio (clearly visible to their staff) if she has not been socializing with a customer for about 15...

A counter order, pizza and sandwich place. We had two delicious pizzas that fed three adults and four children. It was great and I would definitely recommend. Read below for details.

We stopped by Ganello's today after a soccer game in Libertyville. The restaurant is about 5 minutes from the Libertyville Soccer Complex. There were seven of us, two adults, one young adult and four kids. We got the hand tossed Ganello's Special and a thin crust Margherita Pizza.

The hand tossed pizza has a decently thick crust. We considered the pan, but we decided on the hand tossed because we thought it would take less time. Twenty-ish minutes later we had all of our pizzas and they were great. The Ganello's Special had enough toppings on it that we used utensils to eat them.

The space is compact with two and four tops. So if you are a soccer team looking for a pizza after a game, expect to split the group up at separate tables. You order at the counter and they bring the food to the table.

There were other things, such as salads and sandwiches. One salad order feeds about three adults (well it was two adults and one young adult). The pizza was good enough that I would definitely try other items on the menu.

Rodney and the staff were great. Heartily...

I'm a bit of a pizza connoisseur and I finally stopped here and dined in after reading so many positive reviews since I first learned of this place around a month ago.

Venue is kept very clean, the staff/owners are ultra friendly and the pizza is to die for. Had the garlic bread w/ cheese for an app which was good but the pizza is awesome.

Went with a 14" pan style with pepperoni, meatballs, Canadian bacon, mushrooms & pepperoncini. When you bite into a slice of this heaven, you'd think you were having one of Chicago's ever popular deep dish bad boys.

Nope, Ganello's Pizza Company is local-owned and these people very much put their hearts into serving high quality food with fresh ingredients day in and day out.

I support businesses whether mass franchise or local-owned but I've always strived to give the most support to local businesses. I hope this family can possibly expand to more locations throughout Lake county because their food especially the pizza is phenomenal!

Delicious food with reasonable prices and exceptional customer service, will be referring Ganello's to other family, friends &...
