Taco Bell — Restaurant in Libertyville

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Taco Bell drive-through and was served by an employee named Liliana. From the moment I reached the speaker, Liliana greeted me with the kind of cheerful enthusiasm that instantly brightens your day. Not only was she pleasant, but her patience and thorough knowledge of the menu were evident as she answered several questions I had regarding different menu items. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she had a knack for making you feel like a valued customer.

The order was not only taken accurately but was also prepared perfectly, a testament to Liliana's attention to detail. It's rare to encounter someone who demonstrates such dedication and efficiency in their work. Liliana's work ethic was apparent, and she managed the bustling drive-through with grace and competence.

Employees like Liliana are the backbone of customer service-oriented businesses. Her hard work and stellar performance do not go unnoticed and are worthy of commendation. I believe she would be an excellent candidate for a bonus in recognition of her outstanding service. Moreover, with such a display of leadership qualities and operational mastery, she is undeniably ready for a promotion to a managerial position. Just went through drive through & did the typical excited inner fat kid $18 order for myself after a long day & gym sesh. The meat in this burrito was probably in a fridge before defrosted in a tortilla that hasn’t been warmed let alone grilled or “toasted”. The sour cream is the warmest part of it Lol Mind you this is my first ever negative food review, but more so writing this because you can tell the Indian guy that served this up was just trying to move me along though I was the only car there. Nachos consisted of about 6 half broken chips, but cheese was surprisingly warm.... Spose I should of just laid the burrito in that to defrost it a bit. Anywaysssssss. I ordered the veggie bowl and it was poorly made. It had little to no rice, beans, or sour cream and handfuls of lettuce. When I asked for my money back they said they cant. So I asked them to remake it and they rudely gave it back and said they cant do anything about it. I also ordered the Chipotle chicken melts from the value menu. They didnt put the chipotle sauce on them. My boyfriends crunch wrap, 5 layer butrito, and fiesta potatoes were also made very poorly. Ive NEVER had a meal like this from Taco bell. I will NEVER be back to this location. If I could give them negative...
