*(UPDATE BELOW) I love this McDonalds. I always go super early in the morning, when everyone is cranky, but one employee there is always just so nice and amazing and professional. I don't know her name, but she is great. I would recommend breakfast at this McDonalds because of this employee :D.
*UPDATE: This is by far the best McDonalds in the area. I went in a few days ago to buy some fries and one of those cute mini kids toys. It was super late but they were still pretty busy so I waited super patiently. Soon, Faith came to help me but she wasn't sure how to ring up 'just a kid's toy' properly so she asked for help. A little while later, another employee came over and rang it up and Faith cashed me out. I didn't realize until later that I was rung up for a Kids Meal "No Toy," a kid's toy, and the fry (free with app). The charge came to $5.65. I didn't think anybody could, or would, do anything about it, so I didn't bring it up.
Today, I went in but they were not busy at all so I thought I'd mention it, just to see if there was a possibility of getting some money back. The manager (I think/should be if she isn't) helped me right away. She came up with a solution and made me a super happy customer. Read moreThis is The worst McDonald's I have ever been to.The employees are rude, uneducated about their jobs and nasty. The manager, Cara, and one of the girls at the drive through, also named Cara, have no idea about what their company gives as far as free offers.The receipts have a survey code that, if filled out online, offer a free breakfast sandwich. The employee and manager mentioned above, refuse to honor this. I spend a lot at this store bringing my 5 grandchildren for food. Once a month I take advantage of the free breakfast offer, as allowed by the McDonalds Corp. But now they refuse to honor it. I could care less about the $4.89 for the sandwich, but it's the principal of it. The franchise owner of this restaurant needs to educate his employees about the offers allowed by McDonalds. I have been using this restaurant for 30 years, but I won't be any longer, nor will I recommend them to anyone. In fact ,I will discourage anyone from going there through social media and by word if mouth. I even called corporate about this matter and they said they would alert the franchise owner. The person who was taking the order was not at all friendly and I think may have missed the training on customer service skills. I blew this off because... well, it's McDonald's. After close to 15 minutes we finally got to the second window to pick up our food. 10 PIECE chicken nuggets and a large fry. I asked for extra BBQ so this would have been the FINAL CHECK POINT FOR THE EMPLOYEE..... 2 LARGE FRIES IN 2 SEPARATE BAGS 🤯 this would have been totally fine if I had caught it while I was at the restaurant but instead I caught it 15 minutes later when I was already at my destination.
We drove back to the McDonald's waited in line AGAIN to let them know that I did not receive my chicken nuggets. The woman at the window never said a word to me, never apologized, never indicated that she even heard me. A few moments later she came back and handed me a bag of chicken nuggets... still no words. So I just said, "good talk! Have a great night!" She acted like somehow it was my fault that THEY messed up..
