DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP – SCAM & ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY AND BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU ARE A WOMEN THAT GOES BY YOURSELF.THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE. Once you sign a deal at Deerfield Beach Dealer, they completely ignore your complaints and concerns as a customers. As soon as they take your money, you have no rights. 1. Hidden Charges & Deceptive Practices • I was promised that the Weird Anteer would be included for free as a courtesy. Instead, I was charged $830 for it—without my consent. • I was told my car didn’t come with basic floor mats, so they sent me all-weather mats to my home. But after I realice the day after my purchaser in my contract, I wanted the proof that I wasn’t secretly charged for them because I never asked for them—I wanted the basic mats that my car was supposed to have. 2. Lies About My Credit Score • When finalizing my deal, they verbally told me my credit was 698, just as my Credit Karma showed. • Weeks later, I received an official letter stating that my credit at the time of purchase was actually 747. • So what credit score did they really use? Why was I misled? 3. Total Lack of Customer Service & Accountability • I tried contacting the finance person Ingrid to clarify my documents, but she refused to provide the paperwork I was requesting. • I reached out to Marcelo, the head of finance—he never returned my calls. He was always very busy for pick up my phone call. The only way I reached him was through Toyota Corporate on a three-way call. Even then, he dismissed my concerns and told me to talk to the bank. • The bank confirmed they have nothing to do with my credit score—they just accept the contract with all its terms and conditions previously signed by customers at the dealership . . Also the car has a couple scratches in the back bumper that I saw the next day with the day light at home, Wich I requested to be fixed. I leave the dealer the day before at night , imposible to see that detail. As a customers we expend more time signing papers than impacting the car that supposedly be brand new. Mine came with 12 miles and in the contract paper Ingrid placed that my car had 2 miles. • I wrote a formal complaint to Mr Palmer , the general manager. Days later, Melanie called me back, but when I started explaining my concerns, she just focused in the scratches to be fixed and when I started explain the most important topics the call “suddenly” dropped. She never called back. I called three more times—she ignored every call. I Deserve My Rights as a Customer • I want proof that I wasn’t charged for the all-weather mats because I never wanted them—I just wanted the basic mats my car should have come with. • I want the $830 charge for the Weird and tear removed while keeping the coverage—because I was never given the choice to accept or decline it. I was promised it for free. • Customers deserve transparency, not deception as part of our rights. This dealership is dishonest, unresponsive, and full of hidden fees. If you’re thinking about buying a car here—DON’T. I will continue escalating my complaint at every state and corporate level necessary until I get the answers and fair treatment I deserve.

This is the worst experience of servicing your car at a dealership, PERIOD! Full Stop! This is a long review, but if you service your car at Toyota of Deerfield Beach it could save you from a BIG headache, so bear with me... I took my late model Toyota Highlander to Toyota of Deerfield Beach because the automatic rear door stopped working, even though they had ALREADY installed new shocks/cylinders exactly a year before... I thought the repair was still under warranty. Still, the service person, Christian Ferero, informed me that the warranty period was just one year and expired about four days before my visit, so I had to pay for the new cylinders—that's about $1,700. I picked up my vehicle and decided to check it in detail cause I thought it was strange that brand-new cylinders failed in exactly 1 year, that's when I realized what they did to my vehicle (see the images and videos attached) When they replaced the shocks/cylinders a year before, it looked like the mechanic broke the head of the bolt that attaches the base of the cylinder to the vehicle... Instead of informing the Shop Manager and Service Manager of what had happened, he decided just to glue the bolt to the cylinder holder to hide the situation and send me on my way, disregarding the safety hazard that the rear door would pose to me and to others vehicles on the streets... I'm assuming here that the Shop Manager and Service Manager Mr. Terrell Romero were not aware of the situation, cause I don't want to think that they would agree to this... Because the base of the cylinder was not properly attached to the vehicle and swirls left and right the cylinders got damaged so soon, now I'm left with the bill because so far Toyota of Deerfield Beach has refused to take responsibility for what was done and make things right to me... Mr. Terrell tried to convince me that they didn't do this because they didn't have to remove that bolt to change the cylinder, but ABSOLUTELY NOBODY ELSE has ever touched this vehicle other than Toyota of Deerfield Beach, because I prefer to pay a higher price to work with a shop I could trust instead of saving a few bucks taking my Toyota to a private shop... Maybe I was wrong! The Service Manager Mr. Terrell Romero promised me he would talk to his boos to make things right for me and call me the following week, but he did not call me... Raakhi Shingadia, Customer Relations Manager, responded to a CarFax review I left asking me to contact her to resolve the issue... I called her several times, left messages, and emailed her but she never got back to me, so the reason they answer your reviews is only to show a good face, but they never care about you as a customer... At this point, they left me no other choice than to take legal steps to protect my rights.

My word for this is disappointment. For the third time I buy a brand new car here at this dealership and I still have problems with the warranty. Every time I take it to the dealership, many parts are not covered and when they are covered, it's always after a lot of fighting and discussion. Just now I bought a Tacoma 0km and I bought an extended warranty, in addition to the factory warranty, so that I don't have problems with small repairs, but it's no use because the problem persists. I had a problem with a part. it has not even been touched and it is torn or broken. And to surprise again after the warranty didn't cover the damage on claim of misuse, AWESOME !!! it is clearly observed that the part does not and does not have any type of risk or damage it is a normal factory defect, but it would have to be replaced because the part is expensive and receiving the negative one more time comes the disappointment you pay $5000 a more than an extended warranty for Engine and transmission parts and accessories and in the end needing to use and not being able to use the warranty. In addition, I have problems even being able to resolve future issues because I don't know where I'm going now, I have to go somewhere else and considering that this dealership does not treat you with respect when you call to question. So for me it is extremely disappointing. In my case I waited for 3 hours for a person to evaluate the part to say that the warranty would not cover it and to ease the wait they did another inspection of several items and carwash that I had done 1 day before (detail said the car washer and vacum cleaner without even having touched the interior of the car). And since I bought the Tacoma Limited I said that the instrument panel is full of dust inside and until now nothing has been done and apparently it will continue as it is, how can you trust this dealer when you don't respect at least the quality that Toyota has for tradition.

I sincerely apologize for having to tell this truth! A very bad truth happened to me in the Toyota in Deerfield. The story happened 3 days ago,I discovered that my car had a noise coming from my front wheel, when I drove or braked the car,the noise appeared again and I presented it very clearly to Toyota in Deerfield. Then they checked my car, they told me that because my wheels was worn out, when I drove the wheels would make noise, so they advised me to Replace four wheels and the noise would be resolved, and then I believed that,so I followed, let them Replace four new wheels. But it was not as they said, after changing 4 Wheels, the noise still existed,While my wheels Still had another 10.000 miles left, but they made me change 4 tires. One thing that meke me even more upset is that the toltal cost of changing 4 wheels and changing the tranmission oil for my car is about 2000$,but they deliberately overcharged me, ofter I got home I checked my bank account,I Saw that they had taken my money about 2120$,not 2000$ as originally Printed on the bill, then I went back to talk to them that problem, they told me that they miscal culated the price of a certain part and they would Refund me 50$,but they took more than the original amount of 120$,not 50$,then they said the remaining amount was a 3 % free for using a credit card, but they never told me about that in advance! And I waited until today, the 3 rd day,but I still haven’t seen them refund the 50$ to me as they promised. And they promised me that they would fix the noise in my wheels, and I believed them,I left the car at the dealership for them to fix it again, the next day in the evening,When I came back to pick up my car,and I found that noise was still there,I had to leave my car for another day,for them to check it again, and that day was the 3rd day, they kept my car for 3 Day,on the 3 rd day, they still hadn’t finished fixing my car, That afternoon, they called to me,they said they were olmost out of work to day,but they still hadn’t finished fixing my car, and tomorrow was Friday which was their day off, So they told mo to bring the car back for them to check on the next Monday! It crazy how this Toyota dealership Deerfield works,I can’t accept the fact that,I’m paid 2120 dollar to the dealership and they kept my car for 3 days and the noise problem is still there not yet resolved. I Promise that from now on I will never come to this Deerfield Toyota again, and in the future if I change my car,I will never buy a toyota again. I will drive my car like that,I will not Repair it anymore,If I have a accident whith my car, because of the noise coming from my wheels and have an accident then I will denfinitely sue Toyota Deerfield in...
