My absolute favorite custard to date!! Consistently delicious!!

I want to take a second to point out how wonderful this location is. Not only is the staff so welcoming, pleasant and 100% customer service oriented - they also work extremely fast and efficiently. Tonight they were a bit overwhelmed, understandably so! Late night, right before closing rush will do that to you but I commend the 3 employees (I wish I knew their names) that were working tonight. Not only did they get the orders out fast, but they communicated with each other the entire time to make sure nothing was missing, wrong or going out as a duplicate order. They repeatedly apologized to all customers for the wait (which truly was not long) and treated every single customer with the same respect and friendliness. Was so excited for this location to open. We always go to the one in Boca and this is closer to home Atmosphere - the "cleaning" smell that hits you when you first walk in makes you feel like you are in a government building. It stinks. I walk into a dessert shop I want to smell dessert not cleaning chemicals. We order and hurry up and go outside to breathe and have our dessert. Service - always subpar Food - flavors are good. Serving size is always less than Boca Whisters are always different. Was there yesterday ordered 2 of the same flavors, 1 was completely blended to having no chunks and frozen pretty solid & the other was barely blended and extremely soft. It's like that every single time we go and no matter which flavor we order. Soneone started a rumor that we are expensive, but most customers say we are very reasonably priced, and I know one of the least expensive ice cream / custard shops in the area. KID SCOOP $4. BIG SINGLE SCOOP $5. HUGE DOUBLE SCOOP $6. If you get the flavor of day OR flavor of the week, there may be up to 4 additional topping for the scoop price.
