Pats Donuts & Kreme — Restaurant in Ohio

I stop at this store quite often after work I’ll grab me and my daughter a doughnut for while I drive her to school but today I dealt with a guy that I’ve never met before he had black hair. This was on March 30, 2024 at 9:36 AM. We ordered through the intercom pulled up to pay, hand him our card, and the cashier asked us what kind of donut holes we asked for. We told him we asked for glazed and powdered at the intercom. He then tells us they don’t have powdered, so I asked if they had chocolate, he says yes and steps away. Instantly comes back and he said “so a dozen glazed donut holes and what else?” Then I said “a dozen chocolate holes” & then he says “oh we only have glazed” , I just laughed about it and said ok. He grabs the donut holes, hands us our card and then says “have a good day”. We were confused so we informed him that we were still waiting on everything else we ordered. He then asks “what did you order?”. Again I was confused so I asked him if he was the one who took our order at the intercom, he said yes, so I just repeated the order. He grabs the completely wrong thing when he comes back, so I said this isn’t right. After this he seemed irritated, he responded in a raised tone and asked us what was wrong. We told him that these weren’t the right donuts. He then grabbed the right ones. He didn’t charge us for the donuts which was nice but after he just shoved the donuts in there without wrapping them first two times and having to repeat my order three times to someone who clearly isn’t listening is very frustrating, especially when their response was...

Yup, great donuts. However, I don't eat there very often as during 2021 there were so many Stickers up blaming the sugar issue on the current President-which to be fair everyone needing sugar felt the pinch and I didn't see them whining about it, or being negative! Like, it's a food shop. Sounds like it was poor management practices, and I would doubt to see stickers up blaming our current President for the food costs! I wouldn't want to anyway, I do brush up on politics but this nonsense is not that. I just want to get a donut, and that stuff is in poor taste. I've broken down and gotten one order since, and the staff is always nice and the place looks well kept. Just can't get the taste of that unnecessary nasty out of my mouth. Came by 2 times since the opening and have had issues both times. I have had to correct the person taking my order both times on what I wanted, and have not received the correct order either time. This time, I got a ham and cheese sub, and there was maybe 2 pieces of ham total on the sub, but at least this time they got it right after I had to tell the guy 4 times I wanted a ham and cheese sub, not an Italian.
