Normally I'd have never had an issue but today febuary 2nd at 6:30p I ordered the number1 and the number 9 I asked for whole wings and they gave me wing dings they gave me what they wanted to give instead of what I paid and ordered for whole wings. The man at the counter that rings up the food he was very nonchalant and I asked him in the beginning would it be whole wings and he told me yes. I get all the way home just to see that I have wingdings and I called back up there and let them know they were very organized and I was very dissatisfied I would never go here again I waited over 30 mins for a uncorrect order. In addition on July 26 I called to order some shrimps and a female answered the phone very rudely I was going to give the restaurant another chance but after she was rude I definitely changed my mind again! Date: February 2, 2025 I just ordered the 5pc catfish dinner and a small fried okra. I am so very disappointed. You can tell that the fish was old by the way it smelled. The okra was cooked in old oil and burnt, and the slices of bread they give you was hard and stale. The french fries were stale. If I come into your establishment and spend my money I expect to get decent food. This was a waste of my time, my money and my gas. Your standard of service has gone way down. This place is running an Federal EBT scam.. they're taking Federal money from low income customers to pay for their order & then ask for cash to pay an extra frying fee or some workers are saying the cash is for the federal tax of the purchase. Then the receipt is a merchants copy so there's no itemization, just a flat price.. so basically people using Federal money are being charged extra money on the side ..despite paying in full with Federal money. There's no trace of the extra cash they're asking for because they exclude it from the receipt & the reciept is printed before they take the money so that the customer nor them have a record.. to also keep it quiet from the IRS..
