El Angel Carniceria & Taqueria — Restaurant in Lincoln Park

Went once on a Wednesday good was good! They have a small area for eating there. The people are nice but don't speak English to good. They have a meat counter to buy fresh meats they sell tortillas to make tacos at home. Oh the place was super clean it's worth trying they also do taco Tuesday I hear they do it on Wednesday but my bill didn't reflect the fact it's done on Wednesday too so I'm not sure. I had it once and loved it! My issue and my reasoning for a low rate is the following.

My last three and consecutive visits have been in upset. An hour before closing, I walk in to order food, they had closed the kitchen. Then the last two times I placed an order and both times their system was down. They didn’t tell me over the phone when I placed the order, that their system was down. Huge upset....

Food looked good service was great and they were super friendly...but too expensive here for lack of taste portion wise okay. 80 bucks for 2 kids n 2 adults. Basically 4 sandwiches and 4 tacos with no flavor and silver ware is plastic so good luck cutting in. 🥲 Sadly, will be my last venture here dine in wise but def will come check out their...
