Casey's — Restaurant in Lincoln

Over time, I have always enjoyed stopping st Casey's at 2243 N. Cotner for a sub sandwich on my way to work. The staff has always been very friendly, courteous, and professional. However, today around 1:10 p.m., was the worst experience ever. They were not busy, maybe a total of four customers in the store. I was not greeted as usual. There were three women working behind the register counter. (None who I recognized as the usual staff I see around this time of day.) I use the term "working" loosely, as they all seemed absorbed in conversation among themselves. One made eye contact with me when I entered the store. I went to the sub counter and stood there for several minutes, one clerk having made eye contact with me from the register counter, and then went back to being engaged in conversation with the other two. I stood there several more minutes, again eye contact was made. The one person went around the corner and started to stock a self or something, the other one finally helped someone at the register, and the other just stood there. Needless to say, I took my business to Subway.

UPDATE: Corporate responded to my complaint. They took it very seriously, even watched video footage. Corporate sincere, apologetic, and took action. Changing my rating from Disliked It (based off incident) to Liked It (because of...

I swear it never fails. It seems like every Casey's in Lincoln. doesn't serve breakfast at 6. None of their items is ready or anything. The only cases that I found in lincoln, that is actually on their stuff. which means that they make it prep it before six, and at six, they put it out, 5500 Superior St, Lincoln, NE 68504 gets a 5* rating. Is the only casey's in lincoln That is prepped and ready to go. Every other casey's is garbage. Especially this one on cotner boulevard. I think all the CASEY'S except for the superior location should put their time on serving breakfast at 730AM instead of 6. If they can't hold to there obligations. And I guarantee you from this review. The corporate company is going to say, oh, I'm sorry, oh, we'll try better next time. No, it's been two years, and every single day, I have to wake up around 430am , get ready by 5am. And Be in Lincoln by 530 so I have 30 minutes to get food and drinks before I go to work. And it never seems to fail that every single time does I go to any of the locations There is NO BREAKFAST, no product nothing is ever made and put out by 6am. This is a pretty critical review, but they've improved some. The workers are nice. There's 2 of the older ladies who are friendly and stay busy.

I had my rating at a 1 star, as I was unable to resolve the issue. I was basically scammed from the buy 1 get 1 free and 7up prices. The photos are listed below. I wasn't paying attention, and I'm sure there's some who can relate. I would not have purchased it and saved it for something else, so this is a serious issue for people struggling financially. And it was ridiculous to resolve the issue on both ends.
