The owner of Kick Back gaming is a scammer. I would avoid this business at all costs. He bought over $7,500 worth of games from us and claimed many games were missing. The day he got them he messaged me and was very polite at first. He said there were some issues with some games. There were 10 n64 games missing and 18 other Nintendo 64 games that he was not happy with the condition. So I said no problem, let's send them back.

About an hour or 2 later, he said "just refund me $700 to cover the missing and "damaged games". I added up the value of the missing games and damaged games and it was around $700. So I asked if the refund included him keeping everything including the games in question and he said yes. So he wanted a full retail refund on the games he was not happy with. Not the % that he paid but a FULL RETAIL refund. I said no. So he said send labels and that he would open the return thru PayPal. I was fine with that. If you are not aware, when a return is filed but not a claim, there is no option to accept a return. I called PayPal and they told me to tell him to just put the tracking number in the messages between us. In the messages, I said I would accept a full return and issue a refund once I get the games back.

The next morning, I asked him how many labels he needed and he said they all fit in one box. I said there's no way 320 games are going to fit in one box. Then he said "oh the box was ripped open and that's why there's missing and damaged games". I was like, why did you not tell me this yesterday??? So to me that is pretty scummy. He wanted a full retail refund on the games with bad labels and wanted to keep them and I said hell no. So he sent a picture showing ALL games in one box. I TOLD him the box would not survive the trip. He said he would add padding. The first picture shows the box CRAMMED. You can see how bad of condition the box was in when it was packed. Again, I told him that box would not survive the trip. He kept telling me to accept the return and I told him I can't because there is not an option. He then contacted PayPal, LIED to them and told them that I refused to accept a return so he escalated it to a claim just out of pure spite.

I got the box back today and there was almost no padding for 330 games. Majority of the games are damaged and broken cases due to the packing job.

Best tech guys in town for gaming!! Very knowledgeable friendly staff!! I bought a halo edition series x from them for 600 plus the halo controller included.. when I was looking for them everywhere online they were either sold out or wanted 1000+for the halo edition. I specifically wanted it for the storage capacity! I was super blessed and lucky to find it from these guys for so cheap and if I ever have any issues they always answer my questions and solve my problems with the most sensible solution readily available at that time for the best bang for my buck if any bucks are transferred that is!!
