💥 POPPER TOPPER: THE BEST OF LINCOLN. FIVE STARS ALL DAY. 💥 This isn't just a snack stop; it's a local legend. They mix fantastic, creamy soft serve with seriously amazing popcorn. It's the perfect combo, and you won't find it anywhere else. Here's the thing: the Quality is always spot-on. Their popcorn comes in a ton of flavors—caramel, kettle corn, whatever you want—and it's always fresh. The ice cream is the real deal, too. And that's why it matters: the Customer Service is great. This is a local, family-owned spot that's been around for decades, and the staff is known for being super friendly. They make you feel welcome, which is huge. Basically, they nail the food, the vibe, and the people. If you want a treat, this is the place. It deserves every one of those...

For the record, the big OPEN sign was still hanging in the window. I do not think we will attempt...
