I know Topper Popper has been in Lincoln for years but I had never stopped by. Wow, was that my loss. After stopping in once a year ago, I have been coming back ever since. The popcorn and ice cream are the best in town IMO and you can not beat the prices!

Over the years I had seen the property age as I drove by and I want to say to the new management / owners... Great job and thank you for you commitment to a Lincoln staple. The place looks great! And now I see they will be adding a “Drive In” window for those rainy or extremely hot days! It just keeps getting better.

I drive past this place on my way home every day and had read it was under new ownership. We never really go despite living nearby, but today as I drove past I noticed a man working on some upkeep outside and that drew my attention to a giant white OPEN sign hanging in the window and I thought it would be a nice day to take my toddler for ice cream. I got home and we loaded the family into the car and drove there. A person was clearly inside seemingly working, but for some reason waited for us to get our toddler fully out of her car seat before telling us they were closed. For the record, the big OPEN sign was still hanging in the window. I do not think we will attempt...
