I called to place an order for delivery and the young lady that answered the phone had zero customer service skills. After her greeting of âthank you for calling Jimmy Johns can you hold?â, she picked back up the line and said, âwhat do you want?â I almost told her nothing and hung up, but I was starving so I began to place my order. It has been a while since I ordered Jimmy Johns because they always mess up my order and/or charge me a different price for the same exact meal every time. I asked her what kind of bread they have (I was wondering if they had something other than white) and she said, âwhat kind of bread do we have?â (In a snotty voice) and I said yes, do you have wheat or the square wheat because I have asked for it before from another location and was told they do not carry it.    Read moreWell, I really enjoy Jimmy Johns most of the time. Ran to the store quick and had my bf call in the order to pick up. I was told it would be ready when I arrived. When I got there, I counted six staff total there, and my order was not yet ready. Two persons were slowly working on my sandwiches while the other four decided to play basketball with a big rolled up ball of trash/paper and a trash can in the food preparation area in front of me, the customer, while I waited for my order to be prepared. Being a supervisor at my job, I have a hard time believing this is approved behavior? When I got home I was missing the bacon I paid more money for and there was tuna on my sandwich that shouldnât have been there, as itâs not even a part of the sandwich I ordered.    Read moreLast time I went through i asked for cucumbers and didn't receive them. They seemed to be busy no big deal. This time I was the only person. I pulled up thought I was told to order and after I did I never received a response so I drove up to the window where I saw 2 employees working with no headsets on then was met by who I would assume is Addie based off my receipt. Apparently with an attitude she had told me to give her a moment before I could order. I responded that I didn't hear her say that. So she asked what I wanted. Miraculously immediately after I told her my order and left out my original add-ons the sandwich I received was the exact order I had placed when I was at the speaker.
