Early morning visit is expensive and problematic with a 25 minute wait for a meal. I ordered a number 1 (Egg McMuffin Meal) with an orange juice. Got to window 1, they said $9.56 for a number 1 meal. I haven't been to a McDonald's but if that's the going rate that is ridiculous. I'm not pay 10 bucks for a tiny breakfast sandwich, cheap hash brown and watered down orange juice. Also the screen said $6.59 before I moved to the window so I couldn't help but wonder if the person at the window was undiagnosed dislexic. So I switched to just an Egg McMuffin and after I waited 20 minutes for the 1 car ahead of me to get their breakfast, I pulled up to the window and the girl said it would take a while longer to make an Egg McMuffin sandwich only and tried to get me to accept something else. I said I already waited 20 minutes I might as well wait a bit longer and get what I ordered. She offered a free hash brown for my waiting and I suggested an orange juice would be nice too and she said "I got you" and she got me both along with my sandwich after a few more minutes... But! It didn't have any Canadian bacon on it. It was Egg and cheese on a muffin it looked weird without the round ham piece on there but I was already back to my hotel by then and I was hungry so I ate it. So props to the girl for hooking me up with the free stuff but I would've rather just had the sandwich I ordered with meat on it and not had to wait and burned nearly 30 minutes worth of gas idling in the driving thru. I don't understand what took so long everything about the egg McMuffin is pre-made except for the eggs and you can cook half a dozen at a time in under ten minutes. Whats going on McDonald's? I miss the McDonald's from the 1990s, Huge menu, faster service, more 24 hour locations, way better restaurant and people looked you in the eye and smiled. Read moreManagement doesn't know how to talk to customer. Had two coupon for free meal. My boyfriend and I both went in to the store and was told only one Coupon could be used. We asked to coupon back and drove away. I found on the coupon it says one coupon per person per visit. When I went back to talk with the manager she try to argue with me that is not what she said. Then asked for her to write down her name and a phone number we can call and make a complaint on her she puther hand up and said "I don't have a pen." Person working front try to hand her a pen and she try to hit it out of his hand before I seen it. my replay was.. "He trying to hand you one" she grab it and handed it back to him and said " write my name for them." My boyfriend told her it wasn't his job to do that and told him no don't do it foe her.
When we went back to get that kids name we were told he was a minor. Minor laws state 14 and 15 year old can only work 6am to 8 pm the. 16 and 17 year old can only work 6 am to 10 pm. This all took place at 1045-1127 pm on a Monday night in July.
Then we drove 2.6 miles home we found out my boyfriend sandwich was made wrong. And so we drove back 2.6 miles to tell them they made the sandwich wrong all we got was "sorry. Nothing more we can do for you" while my boyfriend was talking to a diffrent manager an employee walked up and said "just tell them to leave and call the cops."
We were not getting loud.. Yes we were upset because of all this but we were not yelling or cursing. We just wanted our food made the right way and for us to be treated right and see employee treated right.
I will never go to a McDonald's owend by Alnaca LLC ever again because his managers do not know how to treat customers...
Read moreThey never get my order right when I tried to tell him what I ordered so they can correct the problem they never do they always tell me they can't give away anything for free then when I tried to correct them what they did wrong this evening they told me I was bar from the drive thru. Now what's up with that. In any fast food chain the manager should know that the customer is always right it's not the manager after all if it wasn't for the customers they would be out of a job so therefore the customer is the boss. There was a night shift manager named Phillip he is always rude and disrespectful to me I think I will take my business elsewhere and since I work night shift I guess I will start packing my own lunch at least I won't be rude to myself in my opinion Phillip should not have a job maybe he needs to seek employment elsewhere. I had to give at least one star so I can write this review but in my opinion I would give him no star this is slow and they don't know what they're doing and they want to argue with the customer now how professional is that.
