Runza Restaurant — Restaurant in Lincoln

Showed up tonight (11-24-17) 25 minuets before close, and all drive-thru lights were shut off, and I waiting at the order board for several minutes, drove up to the window, and was completely ignored the entire time. Not one person came to the window or attempted to take my order. I love Runza’s food, and have been to this location several times with no problems, but employees refusing to take orders 25 minuets before close...

I like Runza but have had mixed experiences here. I haven’t had a good runza here recently neither was the drive thru open at 9:40 when they closed at 10 ( was going to order an ice cream cone and to be fair I didn’t try going inside because it looked closed -even though the open sign was on). On the other hand, when it is busy, they get orders done quickly, so I gave it three stars for fast service and it’s a hit or a miss...

Tonight we arrived at Runza around 30m (9:30pm) before closing, along with 3 other vehicles very quickly after. When we stopped at the menu the employees quickly shutoff the sign and didnt communicate why, being 30m before closing.
