Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Lincoln

This Scooter's location I feel is conveniently located along Hwy 2, but only offers a drive thru and walk-up window. I mainly stop by when they open on the weekdays before work, and I appreciate that the employees here are friendly for those early shifts.

I've ordered by myself and with family members when stopping in, and so far we've never had a problem with a wrong/messed up order. Maybe more importantly, the specialty drinks I've gotten have consistently tasted the same each time. I'm partial to the green tea matcha latte, the sea salt Carmelicious, and some of the candy bar lattes, and every time I can depend on them tasting the great and what I'm used to.

I like that when I've pulled up to the window after ordering, one employee makes a point to ask if you want whipped cream or not on my drinks. The customer service here is great, and I'll keep stopping in for my favorite drinks. Purchased a gift card at this location a few weeks ago. The amount was credited on my credit card, but not loaded on the gift card I was given. When my friend went to use the card, it had a zero balance. I was not given the receipt upon check out. I called and left my information with an employee but no one has called me back in days. I’ve tried calling again and the phone rings and rings until it finally disconnects, no voicemail option. I hate writing bad reviews for places, but my experiences with this location have been consistent enough to do so. This location used to be pretty decent. I would go here almost every night before work, but the evening crew they have here now is just terrible. Half of the time my drinks are made wrong and they take an eternity to make them.
