Read moreThis is by far the worst service I have ever had at any dining experience. We were seated and our waitress took our drink and appetizer order. I asked if the appetizer contained a ingredient that my child cannot have she said she would check with the kitchen and get nack to me. Instead she put the order in without ever letting us know. Wrong drinks were delivered to us. I ordered a Gluten free pizza with sausage and olives and avocado and onion on only half. The pizza was dropped off by someone other then our waitress. We never saw our waitress again, our drinks were never refilled our sauce we asked for was never delivered. Finally we see our waitress come out to the patio but she had her purse on and passed our table to chit chat with the table next to ours before telling them that she was leaving for the day. (Pretty sure that was the owner) We then sat outside for 1.5 hrs being ignored by the rest of the staff!!!!!!! Finally we flagged someone else to bring us the bill, a box and refill our drinks. They then delivered us the wrong drink again!!! I looked at our bill and the pizza was billed at $26.49??? (Total bill was $42 for 2 ice teas, french fries and one overpriced pizza) I came inside to discuss the bill at register and stood for 10 minutes being ignored! Finally caught the eye of a one poor girl and she told me the pizza was $15.99 and my four toppings are $1.75 each. I said thanks but that doesnt add up to to $26.49 I'm being overcharged. She went to get the manager and came back without him. Told another waitress to explain it to me instead. I said you are not listening to me $15.99 pizza plus $1.75 times 4 toppings is $7.00 add those together and you get $22.99 she just stood there puzzled no offer to fix it or apology for overcharging me. This pizza tasted terrible, wasn't hot when it arrived, way overpriced even if I had been charged the right amount. NEVER again will I eat here and I will make every sure ever family member, friend and any of my business associates waste there time here. This is not a place that wants to make sure there customers want to come back. They dropped the ball on...
Read moreI went here this week do have dinner with friends and was gravely disappointed. We waited 10 minutes before a nice young lady took our drink order because our table hadn't "been assigned to anyone yet." When we do get a server he said, "ready to order" and that was the extent of our greeting/upselling/order. Dinner took over an hour to be served and the server checked on us only once during the wait. He offered no explanation, apology, or expectation of when our meals would arrive (which can go a LONG way in terms of customer service). After dinner, I asked what was on the dessert menu and he told me, "look at the table tent," and walked away. When I did there was no dessert menu, so I asked him what they were. Without answering he walked away for several minutes and returned with a new table tent and simply said, "here." The were only four items, so he either did not want to state the four items or didn't know them. Either way it was a turn off. When the bill arrived we asked about the happy hour pricing to which he stated what we ordered didn't apply. Honestly, that would have been fine if he had briefly explained what was included. However, before he explained he rolled his eyes and sighed when we asked about it. This place may be a lovely dining experience for some, even most, but I will not be returning. Their lasagna was tasty, but the brunette waiter with the unkempt beard and man bun ruined this place for me. Pros: Polite host staff, good lasanga, quaint Cons: Slow, rude service from man bun, both servers at my table told me to read a menu when I had questions about a specific item (dessert, best itailan soda flavor), all server's paces did not match the speed of the busy restaurant My advice: If you get a hankering for Siino's, order it...
