Subway — Restaurant in Lincoln

Overview: Food counter: Dirty and not being maintained between customers. This was highly concerning as they had run out of the paper that they put under the sandwiches, so the bread was directly on the counter that was littered with the extra/spilled toppings etc. This is dangerous, as food allergies can be deadly and there is no knowing what may all be on the dirty counter. Staff: Attempting to help customers with a decent attitude and a lack of supplies but seemed less concerned about maintaining cleanliness. When it was mentioned to them that they really should keep the counter clean when not using the paper, they stated that they didn't have the paper and more or less shrugged off the comment.

That supervisor lady is very rude. When I got there they said i could use a coupon for 2 people but when n it came time to ring it up she wouldn't let me use it for 2 people. I told her they told me I could use for 2. She rudely told me, " eell I'm telling you now you cannot. This is not the first time I've encountered rudeness from her. Last time I was there she told me she was too busy to take out the 2 foot cookie.... and there was no one else in the store. She also told me when I chose the orange cheese, she bitterly told me it was just white cheese with orange dye in it. She does not belong in food service. Just don't go through the drive thru. I feel like if I'm not staring at them when they're making my sandwich, they just pick and choose which of the ingredients I requested to put on there. Also, they're always out of something, which is fine I get that, but then they aren't willing to compensate at all for the price difference when you order something else. I asked for cheddar and they gave me like two pathetic sprinkles of shredded cheese. Like ok? I'm paying for this? They didn't even give me a receipt so I can't ask for my money back.
