Valentino's — Restaurant in Lincoln

I placed a phone order last night at 6:00pm it took at least 10 minutes To place it and having to repeat the order 3-4 times...they said it would be ready for pick up in 25 min (6:40pm) and when we got there they hadn’t even made it yet. So we reordered and waited. My spaghetti and salad took an hour and 15 minutes and went in the trash when we got home.. we had other reservations, missed them, didn’t eat the food and never will eat or by all of my Xmas gift cards at Amy Valentino’s as nothing was done to remedy the fact that they totally dissed our order....still took our money for another order and just said they were busy....not a very good excuse...this is the worst experience!!! Never will support them again and will call corporate. Apparently people have no dignity in doing their jobs right at this particular Valentino’s. Should make them reimburse my movie tickets as well...and corporate will here...

If you want fresh, hot, and delicious hot wings then mark this business as your go to place. Their buffalo wings are freaking delicious! They have plenty of meat on them and the sauce is just soooooo good! The ranch and blue cheese dressings are sunshine in a container. You can tell that they're made with fresh ingredients. So rich so creamy. Ranch taste like ranch. I say this because it's so hard to find authentic ranch with a good ranchy flavor if that makes sense. The chocolate chip cookie is very dense and filling. Not overly sweet. I love the chunks of chocolate that's in every bite. The lady that took my order was so nice and helpful. She helped me get my food to my vehicle because I we carrying a baby. This place is the worst. Waited 45 min past the time they told me it would be delivered. Finally I called and they say there was a “miscommunication” so they just canceled the order but still charged my credit card. Manager Keenan offered a whopping 10% discount and said the pizzas would be delivered in another 45 min over 2 and half hours after it was original promised. Kinda really out of the mood as my guests were ready to head home. STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO CREDIT MY CARD ! What crappy service and ya know their pizza really isn’t that...
