I rarely go to KFC. My daughter wanted some mashed potatoes, so we stopped. I waited in line. There was a guy there waiting to get his food. A lady in front of me that was holding a bag with food in it. I waited. The cashier gets his food together. The lady steps up to the counter. She came through drive thru and was given the wrong food. The cashier looks at the receipt and starts getting the food together. A different lady asks me if she can help me. I order 12 cookies and the vegetable plate with 3 sides and a biscuit. She starts ring up each cookie individually. I asked if they were 3/$1.49. She said "I don't know". I told her that's what the menu says. She asked another worker. Same thing with the sides. She told me my total and I knew it wasn't right. I asked her how many cookies did she ring up. She looks on the screen and sees she missed some cookies. My total went up. I asked her if she got 12 cookies. She is confident with her reply of yes. Meanwhile the guy had come back with his order because it was wrong. I took my 9 cookies and my sides and left. Read moreWhere do I begin? Placed order at 6:30 and was supposed to be ready by 6:57...order was not ready till 7:15. Asked to speak to a manager to ask why we had to wait 15 additional minutes. The response by the assistant manager, Courtney, was very very unprofessional. She started screaming at us and told us, "if you don't like how we operate, don't come back". I remained calm and tried to calm her down to which she again, started yelling. I asked for my receipt, and was denied and told I couldn't come back. I have filed a complaint with KFC.com. No one should ever have to experience this type of behavior from an establishment. A manager is supposed to maintain a professional attitude...Courtney displayed a highly unprofessional attitude. On top of that, the order of chicken was wrong and looked/tasted dry and old. Read moreMgr. Dawn , refused my coupon said it was not theirs . Then she said it was too old , so I told her that they had been taking these coupons with no expiration date on it . That she , herself had taken them . She told me that they would not honor the coupon . I went to my car and called KFC corporate office . Corporate told me that they should have honored my coupon . I believe Mgr. Dawn doesn't know how , so she just refuses ! ! ! I think she needs a little more education . As I sat in my car calling Corporate Dawn stood outside smoking a cigarette giving me dirty mean looks as she knew exactly who I was calling . I didn't get to have KFC today what a disappointment . Here it is several weeks later I found out that "Dawn" isn't working there anymore . The new people there very nice and the food is better nowadays . My old coupon was accepted also . Go figure ...
