I have NEVER in my life had to leave a bad review about Chick-Fil-A , me and my family love Chick-fil-A . And we eat here 2-3 times a week, I’m a signature member. But today’s visit has left a bad taste in my mouth, I had a terrible experience today at this Chick-fil-A at 10:45AM . I placed an order in drive thru, once I finally got my food we started to pull off into the Peoples bank parking lot l. I had to turn in there just to get back to the highway. While waiting at the light, My daughter looked down into the bag and looked upset , she showed me that there was just a EMPTY greasy box with no fries inside. So I went back to the Chick-fil-A, inside I spoke with “Director Jennifer” who had a look of disgust, & with an accusatory tone stated “no, no, no I bagged this myself - there were fries in here” I said no there wasn’t & I wouldn’t not lie about fries. She continued to argue then walked away to get fries as if I was trying to “get over” or get free food. I had to call corporate & will call everyday until I receive confirmation that YOU viewed your surveillance cameras to proof you made a mistake. I need an apology because you tried to humiliate me & I know why you did that. Instead of simply saying sorry & getting my order corrected you chose to argue& make me look like a liar over fries. Like I said we love Chick-fil-A &any time a mistake is made they ppl quickly correct it - they never go back & forth. View the tapes & apologize. Or I will just continue to...
Read moreI had a rather frustrating experience at the Chick-fil-A in Lincolnton, NC. I've been using their app for the past two years to place my orders, and this time was no different.
Upon arriving at the restaurant, a gentleman who works there and is typically attentive to customers approached my husband and me to ask if we had an order. I confirmed that we did indeed have an order placed through the app. However, when he went to check, our order couldn't be found. This gentleman, in a rather abrupt manner, informed me that there was no order for me.
In response, I showed him my smartphone, clearly displaying that I was in the right place with a processed and paid order confirmation from my bank. He then sought out another staff member who took my phone to locate the order number. Afterward, they both went to the general manager with my phone in hand.
The manager verified the order number, returned to double-check my order, and eventually handed us our food. Throughout this entire process, the manager simply walked by and didn't offer any apologies or acknowledgment of the situation, which was clearly a glitch in their system.
This experience left me quite dissatisfied, and I have no intention of returning to this particular Chick-fil-A...
Read moreThis chick fil a use to be pretty great but one particular member of the staff is very rude. I come through the drive thru quiet often and she's always making comments to me about the time I come through and how often I'm there. She's obviously a team leader or some kind of manager because she wears a different shirt. I placed an order on the app and was 5 mins away and knew I would make it before they closed. The app told me to head to the drive thru so I did (the green light was still on) and when I got to the window they literally just kept looking at me but not doing anything. So she opens the window and says "um what do you want"? She should not work in customer service with an attitude like that. So I told her I placed an order on the app and she says well we can do that. I mean I've already paid for the order and everything, it's not my fault you don't pay attention to any incoming mobile orders. If it's such an issue don't allow mobile orders that close to closing. I understand you want to go home when it's closing time but don't be rude to customers period. I spend enough money with chick fil a that I really expect to not be...
