Sadly I didn't take a picture. I ordered chicken fajita quesadillas (comes with rice, beans, a tbl spoon of guac, and a tbl spoon of sour cream(im not even sure its actually a tbl spoon)) and an ice tea. Bill came to 18.00 for those two items. While i think $18.00 is a little high for quesadillas and a tea, im ok with that amount if i get the quality to go with the price. Refied Beans were soupy, rice for once wasn't dry, the quesadillas while packed with a fair amount of other ingredients didn't have enough cheese to hold the ingredients in, every time i picked a piece up ingredients would fall out, not to mention when i tried dipping them in the sour cream. Plate was arranged with rice next to beans on one half of the plate, and the other half had quesiadilla with it touching the beans and rice. With the beans being soupy my quesiadilla got covered in wet beans. I understand food not getting covered with other food is a personal preference, but when it cost $18.00 you better serve food in away that would not offend any one. Putting the rice between the beans and the quesadilla would be advisable. Ate there earlier in the week and the beans were not soupy and tasted completely different, so it seems you have a consistency problem. For $18.00 food should be the same quality everytime. You are not serving a 8 dollar blue plate special. Also i get the grilled catfish, which is labeled as "catfish" on the menu, I'm pretty sure its swai, which isnt aloud to be called catfish in the us. I wonder what other corners they might be cutting. I made the mistake of coming in directly after the lunch crowd was over, and it happens every time I come in after the lunch crowd, waitress brought me my food, and disappeared to do side work, I finished my beverage halfway through, and no one ever came back to check on me. So ate half my meal with nothing to drink. Despite being $18 I was still hungry after I finished the quesadilla that's on me not them I was going to get a piece of pie but no one ever came to check on me. I even got up went to the restroom and came back and still no one came to check on me.The whole time I was eating there was not one waitress on the floor to be seen.They were all in the back doing side workAnd they could not see the dining room floor at all.I always say price goes a long way to make up forInconsistencyOrBad service,But you're charging a premium,And only delivering Blue Plate quality serviceAnd food.For $18 you should have someone watching the floor when everyone else is doing side work,For $18 your food should be consistent,For catfish prices you shouldn't beBe serving swai.And to be clear it's not that I have a problem with your price itIs that I have a problem with your value.And one other thing,It happened to me and one other guests,There were three tables when I got thereThe waitress suggested that I sit right next to another table when the whole dining room was almost empty,So I sat at a table away from everyone elseInstead. Same waitress did the exact same thing to thethe people that came in behind meAnd they sat at a table away from everyone else.For $18 a plate you waitresses need to try not to cram everybody in a corner togetherWhen the whole dining room is empty.For a smaller price I would be less picky. With that said, this morning (Sunday morning) we visited to have our usual Sunday breakfast. The music that was playing was too loud and evidently tuned to the staff’s preference. It was playing a pop station that was playing music (too loudly) that was not conducive to a pleasant breakfast experience. The majority of the diners were 50+ years of age. We asked that the station either be changed or turned down. We were told first that the office was closed and she couldn’t get in there. She told the lady who opened and she supposedly went in to do something..... We were told that no one knew how to change the station and evidently there is not a volume control or on/off switch on their sound system. I’m pretty sure if the owner or manager had been there that the situation wouldn’t have been the way it was! We love Richies and we love the girls that work there, but they need to take the customers comfort into account much better than...
