STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT. FRIDAY NIGHT AT 7:39 PM THERE WAS 1 TABLE OF 3. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE CLUE TO NOT TRY TO DINE HERE. SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. YOUNG FEMALE SERVER DIDNT SOEAK ENGLISH & NEVER MADE EYE CONTACT WITH MY PARTY OF 4. SHE DIDN'T BRING A BREAD BASKET. I ASKED A BUSBOY 15 MINUTES AFTER WE ORDERED. THE BREAD WAS HARD. I FLAGGED DOWN BUSBOY & SHOWED HIM HARD BREAD & REQUESTED FRESH SOFT BREAD. OUR CAESAR SALADS WEREN'T COMING TO THE TABLE SO I GOT UP & WALKED INTO THE NEXT DINING ROOM TO LOOK FOR MY SERVER. SHE WAS SITTING AT A TABLE WITH 2 OTHER VERY YOUNG FEMALE SERVERS TALKING &L LOOKING AT THEIR CELLPHONES. I FIRMLY SAID TO HER THAT WE HAVE BEEN AT THE TABLE FOR 27 MINUTES WITH NO SALAD NO APPETIZERS & WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THIS ROOM? SHE SAID SHE WAS WAITING FOR KITCHEN TO TELL HER SALADS & APPETIZERS WERE READY. SERVER WENT INTO KITHCHEN BROUGHT SALADS TO TABLE. WE ORDERED CAESAR & SHE BROUGHT US 3 HOUSE SALADS. THE APPETIZER PLATE WAS HARD COLD DRIED OUT CHEESE WITH OLD ODD LOOKING SALAMI. WE CALLED OVER SERVER TO ASK HER TO RETURN THE SALADS & APPETIZER PLATE BACK TO THE KITCHEN. WE ALL 4 ORDERED SOUP INSTEAD. A LONG TIME PASSES & THE SERVER BRINGS OUT SOUP WITH THE ENTREES. NOT APPROPRIATE BUT WE ARE HUNGRY. THE 4 SOUPS WERE NOT HOT TEMPERATURE NOR WARM. THE BROTH WAS LOOKING LIKE GREY WATER. ALL OF US TASTED THE SOUP. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE SOUP WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PASTA FAGIOL. THERE WERE FEW VEGETABLES & NO POTATO PASTA OR CARROTS. WE ARE NOW UPSET DISAPPOINTED & AGAIN I GOT UP FROM THE TABLE TO LOOK FOR THE SERVER. SHE WAS SITTING IN THE ROKM NEXT TO OUR MAINING DINING ROOM. THE 4 OF US WERE TALKING & EXPLAINING TO HER. PERSON BY PERSON WE SPOKE OF THE HUGE NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE THIS WAS. I ASKED FOR A MANAGER & THE SERVER SAID HE IS COMING LATE TONIGHT. IT IS 8:34 NOW. MANAGER IS COMING LATER? WHEN? SHE DIDN'T KNOW. I ASKED IF THERE IS AN OWNER & SHE SAID YES BUT HE IS "NOT IN AMERICA NOW". THERE WAS A BKACK CHALKBOARD SIGN AS YOU ENTER STATING THIS IS THE RESTAURANT'S 30TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY. MAYBE THE PLACE WAS SOLD & NEW OWNER TRYING TO SIT ON LAURELS EARNED FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER/CHEF/KITCHEN?? THIS IS AN ITALIAN RESTAURANT. RAVIOLI WERE HARD & BARELY FILLED. THE CHICKEN PARMIGIANA WAS TOUGH, LACKING MELTED MOZZARELLA. SPAGHETTI WERE OVERBOILED WITH BLAND MARINARA SAUCE. THE SAUCE LACKED SEASONING. NO ONION. NO GARLIC. NO PARSLEY OR CILANTRO OR GREEN PEPPERS. TASTED LIKE BURNED TOMATO SAUCE. NONE OF US ATE. THIS TIME I WAVED BOTH ARMS TO GET THE SERVERS ATTENTION. SHE WAS STANDING LEANING ON A PARTITION. SHE CAME OVER & WE AGAIN BEGAN TO EXPLAIN TO HER THE VARIOUS PROBLEMS WITH EACH DISH. SHE LOOKED AT US, SAID NOTHING, WALKED TOWARDS THE KITCHEN. OUR SERVER RETURNED WITH A CHECK. I TOLD HER I HAD NO DESIRE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING. NONE OF US ATE. THE SERVER THEN LUFTED HER HEAD UPWARDS LOOKED ME DIRECTLY INTO MY FACE & SAID "YOU NO PAY I CALL POLICE". SHE TURNED FROM US & WALKED AWAY. MY 3 GUESTS PUT ON THEIR COATS & WALKED OUT. I OPENED MY WALLET & WAS STRUGGLING TO THINK WHAT TO DO. I READ WHAT WAS OWED FOR BEVERAGES $39.70. I WROTE ON THE CHECK HOW DISAPPOINTING & TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE THIS ENTIRE ORDEAL WAS.I PRINTED MY NAME MY PHONE NUMBER & MY EMAIL & WROTE PLEASE CALL ME. I GUESSED TAX WOULD BE $4?? I PUT $45 CASH ON TOP OF THE CHECK ON THE TABLE PUT ON MY COAT & WALKED OUT OF THE RESTAURANT INTO THE PARKING LOT & GOT INTO MY SUV & DROVE AWAY. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. I WRITE THIS REVIEW WITH 100% FACTUAL...
Read moreBe warned: Do NOT dine at this restaurant. The owner & his employees are extremely rude & don't understand what the definition of "customer service" truly is. They should be shut down. Over the weekend I had the pleasure of seeing my best friends get married. They are a young couple with children who unfortunately were taken advantage of on the best day of their lives. They paid for a PRIVATE ROOM & signed a contract. They paid a lot of money for this. When we got there, the staff was extremely rude. They were speaking in Spanish and speaking horribly about us while walking around tables, not knowing the entire family also speaks Spanish & understood everything being said. To add, a private room was paid for, correct? So the meaning of private is for your event only since it was reserved. While eating a BUFFET style meal that was out in the front of the room, the restaurant seated another 2 tables in our room (food still out) and sang happy birthday out loud to them while we are celebrating a wedding. The audacity of how rude that was is crazy & to think they justified it by saying they did nothing incorrect is even more wild. They blamed US for the children (whom were 2 years old btw & acting very well behaved) & the staff was complaining in front of the entire family creating a happy experience to be bothersome to us. We are offended. They didn't attempt to make ANYTHING correct. Blamed us. What kind of customer service is that? They treated us like animals. They were rude. Offended us. Had no care in the world for what contract they outlined. They are greedy here. They don't care about their customers & only their personal gain. Do not ever eat here. Do not book an event here. They will steal from you like they did to us. Speaking to others, they've also had similar experiences here. This post will continuously be spread until my friend gets her money back for the sorry excuse for a "service" you had offered. I will not stop until this is corrected in full & you will be hearing from lawyers as well. You took advantage of a young couple for your own personal gain on their wedding day. Return their money to them!!!!! Beware of...
Read moreThe food was not bad. I’m sure this place is fine to go out to eat one night. However, if you’re planning on renting a hall for a party, forget it. I had my baby shower here. Scrolled through the reviews and read another one stating that it’s like the staff can’t wait for you to leave as soon as you get there. Couldn’t be more accurate. Our party was planned from 6-10, and by 7 30, immediately after I finished my plate of food, they were on top of us, telling me and my family that I have to open the presents, I have to do this, I have to do that. We already had a planned schedule and ended up completing all our activities well before 10 anyway so that was completely unnecessary. At 9 30, they started clearing all the tables, removing the centerpieces we had brought and placing them in the back, and turning the seats upside down. We had paid for beer and wine for four hours, and they also removed all the wine bottles from the table at this time. My boyfriend put his half full bottle of beer down for a moment, and they took it and told him he couldn’t get another. We paid for about 90+ people (including children) and while they aren’t particularly expensive (40 per person), it’s still not cheap. So in my opinion, they need to relax a bit. I’ve been to and have had parties at several other halls and never experienced anything like this. The staff seemed annoyed that we asked for 10 tables instead of 9 like they suggested, because I guess it’s a lot more work to clean one extra table. I’ll give them three stars because I heard that our friend’s kid decided to have too much wine and threw up and they had to clean it, so I feel a little bad about that. But other than that, wouldn’t recommend having a party here. You can’t even enjoy yourself for the price you pay, with them constantly on top of you and...
