Came in because I saw the promotion for 1st month rent at $0.00, looked into a 10x10 and AJ was very helpful and informative regarding the unit and access times. I really appreciate his time to answer all the questions I had. 5 star rating all the way!! Thank you so much AJ!

7/15/22 UPDATE - Go somewhere else. Worst storage unit ever. Charges so much more than other places. This place is kicking people out who have been there since it was Blue Sapphire Storage due to wanting to rent it at a higher price. Got a notice to vacate in less than a month with no other alternative. Called to see what was going on and told me I have to vacate to a whole other location in less than a month. Not offering any type of fees to help move or go to another location with the same rate. Asked what happens if I dont vacate, said they will go into my personal unit and take everything to ANOTHER LOCATION at my expense. SAVE YOURSELF, DONT GO TO CHAIN STORES LIKE THIS ONE-NOTHING BUT CHARGING RIDICULOUS PRICE. I was renting $175 for a 10×15 and they want me to go to another location that charges double. No accommodations for the rate I was locked in for. Save yourself the headache from having to deal with moving all of your items in LESS THAN A MONTH NOTICE! This Extra Storage location is so helpful and convenient, that I’ve just added a second storage unit!

Amanda was incredibly helpful and attentive with the second unit - advised me and guided me to a unit that is closest to my first space, for added convenience for me.

It’s this level of personalized attention that leaves me happy and secure to rent here. When the office is closed, the building is very clean and free of clutter, carts are plentiful and easy to find, and the bathrooms are very clean - even when I’ve been here late nights or on the weekend.

Overall it’s been a great experience for the past 2 years - so much so, that I’ve put my money where my mouth is and rented a second unit.
