Product and service were all trash. You can tell how bad a company is when they don’t respond to reviews. Photos are of “embroidered” hoodie in which you can see the garment was permanently wrinkled and looks a mess. Other photos of delivered product with patches falling off. Don’t waist your time or money you will be disappointed.
This company has taken the time to respond almost a year later. So I’ll be quick to point out the inconsistencies with their response. First let’s talk about the wrinkles in the hoodie, it’s permanent and can be seen from both side of the hoodie I’ve added pics to show it still looks the same horrible.
The statement that they told us the patches may not work because they didn’t manufacture them is false. The first order we did the patches came out fine. We did a second order and on that order they did a terrible job of securing the patches. The worse part was they never even checked the product to see if the patches were properly secured to the garment. The patches were falling off some of them from slight contact. We sent a few out to customers and got back complaints. We reached to them and they said “we’re sorry please allow us to fix this.” We returned all the items we had on a Friday. We were told they would be ready for pickup that Monday. Called Monday and the POC was unavailable. Called Tuesday still no response. Called on Thursday, at this point we are extremely disappointed due to the lack of communication. POC says I’m sorry I was busy handling other things. It’s almost a week later we have orders that need to be futilely and the POC acts as if we gave him bad merch. He never reached out to tell us the work was completed or anything. When I asked to speak to his Boss he said he was terminating the order and we could come and pick up our merch. Keep in mind not a single person from Stylus, not the owner or any other rep has ever reached out to us. Now almost a year later they want to act as if this claim is baseless. First there was no quality control to review the garments before they were shipped to us. We received garments with patches falling off the logo smeared, garment burned, you name it there were issues. The issues really affected our shipment of orders. When we brought this to the attention of the Stylus they said they would resolve it in a couple days. It took over a week and during that time they never returned our calls or emails. They then got upset because we weren't pleased with the quality of service and discontinued providing us service. We have over 20 garments that are defective that we were never compensated for and several orders that were never fulfilled. The absolute slowest processing and they used COVID-19 as an excuse every opportunity they could. Owner of company never reached out to try and resolve this issue. Not recommended, turn and head the other opposite direction!
They never reached out to us to make this right. It’s obvious the type of company they are that it took them a whole year to respond. Ask the owner of the company has he ever had a conversation with us about this issue? The answer is no because they don’t care.
