Food is decent, thatâs the only reason I kept going. Itâs a fast food restaurant and obviously thereâs going to be lines sometimes, thereâs going to be misunderstandings, itâs life. But this made no sense to me. I go to this Wendyâs literally 4 times a week sometimes, it really is my favorite spot to eat for lunch. Today I go through the line and itâs a lot slower than normal, but thereâs only 2 cars ahead of me the entire time. I get to the menu and I say âIâll take a number three, large strawberry lemonade and large fryâ I wait to get to the first window and the lady takes my card and has it with her for a unusual amount of time, nearly 2 minutes which is odd because it normally takes them seconds to check out. She then asks me what my order was, and then she reads the order back to me except sheâs missing the French fries so I tell her that. I get to the second Window and I get my drink automatically obviously, but then I sit and watch 4 or 5 of the workers all in the drink Area moving about doing particularly nothing. Nearly 4 minutes later and they open the window and give me the wrong order, I opened the bag and said âthis isnât mineâ and I take a extra second to look at it because the order looks like mine just with added stuff. The worker who handed me the wrong food got snappy and said âwell give it back thenâ, I never asked you to give me the wrong stuff to begin with. Once I gave it back the other male worker asked me what my order was again, âit should literally just be ten chicken nuggets and a large fryâ he replied âoh I didnât know you wanted a large fryâ I responded âwell either way everything youâve given me so far has been wrong.â I prefer not getting upset with fast food workers because I was one in a terrible place so I understand when things get mixed up.    Read moreI went there last night and had 2 separate order my second order I order a spicy Asiago ranch club sandwich when I got home it was the wrong sandwich I called the store immediately and had to go back for the manager to tell me ooh we have new people in training. This isnât the first time they have meat up on my food in the past Iâve order kids meal & when I got home both kids meal had spicy nuggets and was missing a fry. I once was a Wendy manager and whenever we messed up on a customer food especially if the customer got home and had to come back to the store they will compensate and offer a next meal I was real upset because my family ate their food without me because I had to drive 8 minutes back to the store for a sandwich that should of been made right the first time let alone it wasnât any cars in front of me and only 1 car behind me so for them to mess up on my sandwich was just careless and the manager should of made sure all orders are...
   Read moreNoticed new staff in this location and honestly wish the old staff was there. Has gone so downhill. The quality of customer service is so disappointing. I ordered 2 salads with extra dressing. And I was charged for it. Then I check my bag and guess what ?! NO dressing, not even one. It should have come with 2 dressing packets, one for each salad, plus 2 more, because that is what I was charged extra for. Then, when I went back around the drive thru to let them know, they acted like they were doing me a favor. I showed them the receipt and everything.
