Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lindsay

I've only ever had mostly bad experiences with this Taco Bell in particular. I am vegan and have been for years so I have learned to properly order from Taco Bell, but nearly every time I make changes to a menu item, the always get it wrong. Tonight, for example, my dad went and got me a 7-layer burrito (which is on the VEGETARIAN menu), fresco style (subs dairy products for pico de gallo), and add potatoes. He brought it home to me and unfortunately, I bit into it without checking it first and, while there were no dairy products in it, the burrito was filled with steak and no potatoes to be found. Very disappointed with this Taco Bell location and will do my best to avoid eating here again.

On a side note, on the occasion that I do go back and tell a manager about the incident, they are always very courteous and willing to serve me above and beyond what I asked for. But, regardless, the orders shouldn't be wrong in the first place, especially not...

I did not think this place could get any worse but it has I waited in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes then decided to get out of drive-thru and go in side then waited the front cashier did not attend me for 5 minutes so I decided to walk out this Taco Bell establishment should be closed down and all the employees should be fired especially the general manager smfh I went across the street to Burger King and ordered and got my food faster then I've ever got it at Taco Bell I would have probably still been waiting in line if anybody says that they had a good experience at this Taco Bell they are lying save your money and go elsewhere and if you are the general manager and you're reading this please quit. Love Taco Bell. I ordered crunchy tacos from this store and I was so hungry I ate my first taco even tho it tasted super weird. As my boyfriend bit into his he agrees something didn't taste right. When I explained this to a worker who seemed to be in charge she looked at me as if I was lying. I asked for a remake. But the remake tasted exactly the same.
