McDonald's — Restaurant in Linn

This place is horrible, the average wait time in the drive-thru is 10 minutes! Really. I hate going here but unfortunately it's the only "fast food" in this town. I don't know if they need more staff or a refresher course on how it works, I went tonight at 10:18 pm( time I placed my order, yes I time it) ordered a # 7 and a kids nugget meal, 2 cars already in front of me and I pulled out of there at 10:32pm. I get home and my son's fries were cold, rubbery and some were so burnt and hard that they crumbled when I squeezed them. I not going to lie we love us some Mc Donalds, but this is gets me so mad! I'm going to be that crazy lady that calls/emails everyday until they improve or go out of business! The other thing that burns me is, I go there almost everyday and get a coke before work, I will sit in there with one person in front of me for approx 6 min waiting for my soda, like you know the signs that are numbered, yeah use the damn things why hold up the line for 6 min when you can have them pull up and give the next people their stuff! I could go on forever....

It's unfortunate that we walked into this store, looking forward to a hot meal from McDonald's. There were 5 of us. We stopped into the bathroom first. When we came out, we all walked up to the counter, our body language clearly saying we were ready to order. There were a couple of friends of some of the staff in front of us talking about getting cigarettes for them. One of the higher ups was on her phone, not paying any mind to us. The manager walked by, not concerned with us not being helped. Not once were we greeted, apologized to, or even acknowledge. We waited a couple minutes and decided the wait wouldn't be worth it. We were highly disappointed in the so called customer service of this establishment. There was nobody in drive thru or anyone else in the lobby. We were clearly being ignored by all the staff. We will not be returning to this particular store. Then after sending this complaint they had the audacity to send us 2 meal coupons to compensate 5 people for their time...

Probably the worst experience I've had at a McDonald's. Went through the drive thru. One other car in front of us and no one else in the parking lot. Usually get a basket of of Fries. This McDonald's doesn't have baskets, ok order a large a couple burgers, soda and and ice cream cone. Ice cream machine doesn't work. Pull around to pay and wait nearly 10 min for the window to open. I can see the employee standing at the till but still we wait. Finally another employee comes to take our payment, but instead of speaking to the customers, she talks to the other employee while she runs the cards. Hands out the card and receipt and the window closes. Pull up to second window, get handed a bag and the drink, window shuts and employee walks away. Open the food bag to find burgers smushed, half off the bun and one of them only half wrapped. The large fry was room temp at best, barely salted and half the order was so hard I was going to...
