Lisbon House of Pizza — Restaurant in Lisbon

Wish the food and the service could be rated separately. The food is great! I would have given 5 stars. Service would have gotten 1 (only because 0 isn't an option). I've lost count of how many times we've ordered from there, requesting simple add-ons, only to find after we've gotten home that the order is completely wrong and things were missing. (Ex.. ordered 4 cheeseburger baskets, 3 with bacon, only to find that they gave us ONE burger basket and 3 single bacon cheeseburgers. Not to mention the Greek salad that was requested on the same order was not given). When we moved to this area 3 years ago this wasn't an issue. Paired with their recent price increases, they're not worth it. If I wanted to worry about checking my order for accuracy everytime, we'd stick with fast food. Sabattus house of pizza and dominos are our go-to now. They get our order right every time, no matter how "complicated", AND they deliver. I would not recommend going here unless you're looking to pay too much for the likelihood that you won't get what...

My wife and I ventured to this House Of Pizza for dinner. Upon entering the facility we were not greeted or spoken to by the two girls behind the counter. After placing the order we sat down in a booth and waited for our food. It took probably 20-25 mins for our order to come out and be served. We ordered a cheeseburger sub and a grilled chicken sub. The presentation of the subs was dismal. The subs did not look appetizing whatsoever. The cheeseburger sub was horrid, it was mushy and juicy and I did not take more then one bite before I was done with how it tasted. The grilled chicken sub was very dry. Needless to say with the lack of customer service and the horrible taste along with it’s presentation we will not be going back. We have ate at many houses of pizza and this by far was the worst. If I could give it no stars I would. To anyone who reads reviews please take heed to mine and save your money and your gas because the trip...

My hubby ordered our lunch there yesterday and I do not know who was on or who made the italian sandwiches and pizza but was sadly disappointed. There is a first time for everything I guess...for the sandwiches, there was to much oil on it and lettuce sticking out of the wrapping that it came in, so whomever wrapped them both did not wrap them correctly and the sandwiches fell apart as he was carrying them through the door to the house...I tasted one of the pizza slices as well and whomever cooked it , was not done enough...just wanted to let you all know... this so does not happen again in the future....thanks! I usually love ordering from here cause the food is always awesome! I usually say little oil for mine cause they usually do put alot on the sandwiches, but did not order for myself...
