Mary's is true gem for the town of Lisbon. I have been eating their pizza over 40 years. They only have 1 size pizza and you can order a half or whole. They have 3 different sauces to choose from, original which has a bit of sausage in it and is slightly sweet, the marinara has no meat and it is slightly sweet also, the whole tomato sauce is not sweet and has no meat in it. The pizza is unique to this area because it is baked with no cheese and when it is finished cooking they top it with freshly grated cheese which melts from the heat in the box. You can get the brown pizza which has the cheese browned. They also have a white pizza which is very popular . The toppings are fresh and very good, my favorite is the fresh sausage which they get made for them. They actually brown it themselves. You have a choice of original crust which is on the thicker side, and thin crust which is not your typical thin crust it's the normal thickness of the other places. You can also ask them to crisp the crust which is my favorite. They have great sandwiches, my favorite is the muffaletta. They have pepperoni rolls which are very tasty. The average time to get your pizza 45 minutes so make sure you call and order before you stop by. They do not offer beer and they only have 4 tables. They do not have delivery. $15 for a large pizza with sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms is what...
Read moreThere are very few pizzas in the world like a pie from Mary's Pizza. A unique deep potent pizza with thick pan crust style with a unique sauce that has a complex spice blend, but most notably lands on the sweet-side, and a non-standard cheese blend that is aslo applied in a non-standard way, makes for a very powerful slice. Commonly known in the region, Mary's is a pizza surely made to be one of your favorite pizzas. There just isn't anything else quite like it. The place has been a stable, same-recipe, mutil-generational, staple of the area and doesnt just stand the tests of time, it stands out in the world of pizza and has won national awards at pizza competitions. People come from all over to try it and I've never had one that was inconsistent with their complex delicious presentation. Also the wings are good. The pizza rolls are good. The staff is extremely friendly. This town would not be the...
Read moreIf you don't like Mary's Pizza, sauce, wings, etc.:
Go eat your Spaghettios and melted plastic Papa John's at the kiddie table and let the adults enjoy the best pizza, pep rolls, and wings, not only in Columbiana county, but the entire tri-state area.
I've tried a lot of different hot wings at a lot of different places. There are very few bars and restaurants that could even compete against their wings around here, and none have been better in my opinion.
Then again, maybe there's people out there that would prefer to eat boneless, dry, frozen, processed, shriveled, tiny chicken wings that you shouldn't even feed to dogs, let alone allow a human to consume.
So, I'm going to go through and report all the one to two star reviews here as being "irrelevant to this place", because they were clearly written by humans that are utterly devoid of any...
