I finally had my last straw with this place. I was compromising because of how convenient it was, considering I work in the same building, but I can't take it anymore. The donuts are always stale and they have been since the day it has opened. They never learned to do iced coffee correctly. Multiple times they have run out of something and would be out of it for 2 weeks, like during the winter they were out of hot chocolate and told me "until further notice" when asked. (They get a food delivery at least 3 times a week.) It's like they don't care about the customer or money with the amount of bull they pull. Just the other day the owner was having a conversation outside in the parking lot and he full on leans on my car like he owns it. As someone who sees people do this often, I simply hit the panic button to get them to hop off. He was not fazed by it and continued to lean. That really tells you the attitude this man and his employees have. It's truly frustrating and I will now go out of my way for the large iced green tea they seem to no longer...

1/21/19. My first day at work and a friend from out of state was kind enough to venmo me some money to treat myself to some coffee. Stopped through the drive thru at this location the way home and was craving some iced coffee. The employee apologized that their machine was down. I truly wasn't upset - I didn't plan on the coffee to begin with so I was happy with pretty much anything. I opted for a hot chocolate. Drove over to pay, and the employee again apologized, and offered a free donut in return. I said a jelly donut would be great. I paid and collected my drink and bag and drove home, happy to enjoy my spontaneous treat after a good long day. Only then did I see that I was given two jelly donuts.

Overall, this was an OK Dunkin' and it's definitely not deserving of more one star reviews than five start reviews. However, this location seemed understaffed, so it took a little while to get what we ordered, and the Refresher I was given mostly just tasted like lemonade after a disgusting first sip. The employee at the counter was very nice though and even gave us stickers.
