First concern: meal on menu $6.29 for beef & cheddar meal, paid $7.84. That means tax is - $1.55. Does that seem right to anyone? Seems like I paid WAY TOO MUCH. Second concern: the amount of cheddar or should I say lack of cheddar on sandwich. The meat was cold & crusty; the bun hard & stale. Third concern: I asked for Arby's sauce & horsey sauce twice at the menu board and once at the window. I was told she put it in the bag. NO SAUCE IN BAG.
It was not very busy when I was there. NO EXCUSE!!
I have stopped visiting the Arby's nearest to my residence because of issues i had at that Arby's; such as: paying $2.29 for onion rings, getting 3 small rings the size of a quarter and 1 big one; paying an up charge for a jamocha shake to go along with a meal. The shake having absolutely NO TASTE. Potato cakes that were frozen in the middle. The next time asking for well done potato cakes and roughly the same thing; now crispy on outside but still frozen on inside. Rueban sandwiches that had less than a teaspoon of sauerkraut on them. Market BLTS that were missing either the lettuce or the tomatoes.

Since I posted this Arby's responded to me and asked me to be more detailed if I understanding them correct. So honestly it smells like dirty carpet when I walked in The walls in the rear entryway were terrible dirty The bathrooms were dirty and kind of gross, as well as the bathroom doors were dirty inside and out from where people have been pushing on the. The whole place needed a good cleaning and carpet needed to be professionally cleaned. Outside of all that The place could use a good update outside wasn't clean all the way around the building properly there was debris and trash and like I said originally it was a place to stop along the way. Read moreUsually I don’t have issues with this Arby’s, but I went there tonight and the guy who took my order (long brown hair with a hat on) was very short and rude with me not only while taking my order but also when he was handing me my order at the window. He had me repeat my order at the microphone and audibly sighed when I repeated myself, then as he was handing me my food at the window, he continued to have a conversation with his coworker while his back was turned towards me and just reached his arm out through the window to hand me the bag, no eye contact whatsoever. as someone who has 3 years experience in the food industry, this was very rude and unprofessional.
