McDonald's — Restaurant in Little Canada

Food was great was done properly went inside there are multiple self service kiosk for your usage. Placed a mobile order and upon arrival the food was packaged quickly and handed over. Location wise.... its located in a busy area near the highway and multiple intersections can be hard to enter and exist due to heavy traffic in the afternoon.

This location claim they are open 24hrs unfornately not! 3AM not a holiday upon arrival there light is all shut off and orange cone placed in both lane of the drive thru. I am a daily customer there at 3AM unfornately they need to get there digital system working at all time this is unacceptable when you have to pay cash only and cannot used any coupons or mobile app to order at around that time of 3AM to 4AM. You folks know how to deduct the total amount for the cost; at arrival and you said "MOBILE ORDER IS NOT SHOWING UP ON YOUR SYSTEM"? WHAT KIND MESSNUP SYSTEM DO YOU FOLKS HAVE?

MANAGER! PLEASE GET YOUR SYSTEM FIX! OR ELSE YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS!

And also there is a guy there he is totally rude on taking your mobile order i have to repeat 4 time for him to get the order...

The staff at this location are all very nice and polite and the food is your typical McDonald's food which is good. But that's all they've got going for them. I order through the app because it's easier and the drive thru line is long on occasion. My food comes out pretty quickly, but at least 80% of the time, something is wrong or missing. I've complained to management and corporate, not to get free food because I really don't care about getting something for free, but because im tired of my orders always being wrong. Yet nothing changes, despite the response from the district manager that "we're doing more training to make sure this doesn't happen again." The training at this location has to be the absolute worst, and their employees clearly don't read the order screens. If it were just wrong toppings, that would be annoying. But when they missed an entire meal, that's just careless and stupid. If you have to choose between this McDonald's location or literally any other fast food restaurant, go with literally anywhere else. Your order will...

Service was very slow. The staff was very unhelpful. I ordered ahead in the app to use a deal and they couldn't figure out how to get the order. The only solution they had was to wait 30 minutes. If you're trying to be frustrated and hungry, this is the perfect place for you. Update: I got a voicemail from the manager telling me the night manager has been retrained, and the 800-number to call to get my order refunded. However, she forgot to hangup before she told someone in the background that she wouldn't offer me anything, since I could get a refund in 5-7 days. Clearly they know they are violating the law, but since they are dealing with such minimal amounts, they know they will never have to go to court and can just take advantage of their customers. 2nd edit: a few months later I have it another try. Mysteriously their "system is down" again, and they told me they couldn't do anything except cash.
