Iâm a daily coffee drinker, and Wawa has been my go-to for convenience and consistencyâbut one issue keeps getting worse and canât be ignored anymore: the coffee cups.
This isnât an isolated problem. Iâve experienced leaking cups across multiple Wawa locations, and itâs consistently the same issueâleaks at the seam mainly and often from the top where the lid doesnât sit properly. Iâve ended up with coffee in my lap, soaking my carâs cup holders, and worst of all, all over my desk and paperwork after stepping away for just a moment. It doesnât matter how good or affordable the coffee is if it ends up on the floor instead of being enjoyed.
At this point, I find myself doubling up on cups just to avoid another messâsomething Iâve noticed many other customers doing as well. That canât be good for your bottom line, and itâs certainly not good for customer satisfaction.
This has been happening far too often (well over 75% of the time), and Iâve given plenty of chances. Itâs time for Wawa to step up and improve the quality of the cups. Itâs not just about costâitâs about the principle and delivering the quality experience people expect from your brand.

Read moreOn today Veterans Days 11/11/14 My husband who has served two tours in Iraq went to receive his free coffee and told the cashier that he was a Veteran and she still rang him up for the coffee. He repeated ¨I am a Veteran¨ she then responded with ¨the coffee is only for service people. Then my husband showed her his military ID and the cashier told him ¨well, its too late, you needed to show me this ahead of time¨ My husband politely paid for the coffee, however this is not appropriate behavior towards a person who risked his life to serve our country..This is not about the $1.24 he spent, this is about the LACK of respect he received by a cashier at this particular wawa (195 Mathistown Rd. in Little Egg Harbor Township, NJ) on the one day of the year that is designated to honor and celebrate the men and women who risked so much to serve our country. If I could give no stars on this...
Read moreSandwich makers worked TOO FAST and made mistakes on everything I ordered. When I returned and requested the condiments that were missing on all the sandwiches I ordered, they messed THAT up also! đł A worker shoved a stack of cups (lids improperly affixed) at me without a bag to carry them all. They couldn't even take the time to put the vinegar and oil in separate containers. What a mess! Careless, unkind and lacking humility, I received no apology or apologetic gesture of any kind. I arrived at a time well before the noontime rush but evidently I was still a bother and needed to be dealt with in this manner. Why didn't I just return the items? I was trying to be nice.... look what that got me. There's a Wawa o almost every corner. I recommend you...
