HTeaO - Providence Village — Restaurant in Little Elm

I have visited this location 15+ times now and it is missing consistency with the tea flavor; sometimes the tea has a faint bleach taste to it, not sure how the bins are cleaned but it may need a stronger rinse after cleansing. The tea rewards are pretty good if you visit often but we don't usually drink the tea anymore due to the taste inconsistency. We go here to primarily refill our water jugs and the water tastes fine each time. We have stopped refilling water here because because they have no parking at the entrance except handicap and we have to carry the 5gal jugs back to our car everytime we go. We have asked for a cart to transport the water to our car, they provided it the very first time we went there and after that they always say it is in use in the store, it seems they only have one cart. Sometimes the employees will offer to carry it to the car for you and other times they do not. To be clear, the employees are not impolite and I do not know their directives from management but If your business is primarily focused on premier water and tea then it would make sense to have a cart available for this purpose. We can carry the jugs but the option to provide a cart and not have employees carrying heavy gallons of water around manually, is an opportunity for improvement and thinking about...
