The salad and garlic rolls were awesome. I ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo. It was a disaster. I expected it to be this plate of fresh fettuccine garnished with strips of moist chicken and Creamy Alfredo sauce with a thickness like country gravy, and steam rising off the dish indicating it's freshness. I received a plate of fettuccine with a spoon and the Alfredo sauce was so watered down that the sauce drained through the noodles and rested at the bottom of the plate like a bowl of soup. The chicken was in small squares and had no seasoning what so ever. The chicken looked like it came out if a can or something, and it tasted awful. The chicken was in little squares. I asked for something else. I reordered spaghetti with sausage. It took less then 4 minutes to get the second order. This means it's not freshly made to order. The sausage looked like petrified wood, and not a freshly cooked Italian sausage link. The sausage was dark brown and had no juices coming out of it. The edges of the sausage were so hard I was knocking on it with my knife and the knife didn't even put a dent in it. It was like the sausage was sitting under a hot lamp for two days, very hard, and dried out. I tried the spaghetti and it was cold and soggy. I lost my appetite and voiced my displeasure, however they still charged me for the spaghetti. Save your money and stay away from this place or go to a different Italian...
Read moreNEVER, EVER again will they get a penny of my money! Absolutely irate this evening! Placed a (large) order at 722P. The driver arrived at 755P, the pizza was wrong. I called back, they apologized and said they would send a replacement. Their driver arrived at 818P and said I am supposed to pick up a pizza and give you this one. WOW! Never heard of that before, but okay, whatever. I checked the new pizza, it was wrong, too. I asked for a refund, the driver said he'd have to call for that. He called and gave me the phone. Tony (the manager) refused to give me a refund, saying that he'd personally make a new pizza and bring it himself in 15 minutes. Tony arrived on my doorstep at 852P with the new pizza, and a slice of cheesecake for my troubles. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? I spent $44.17 on a lot food for out of town guests and gave a $10 tip and you have the nerve to insult me with a slice of cheesecake. NEVER, EVER again will they get a penny...
Read moreMy mother called in an order last night for pizzas and was delivered pasta instead. I heard her place the order, I was sitting next to her. She clearly said "I need 2 large chicken alfredo pizzas, add onion, spinach and mushroom to one and leave the other plain." Chicken 'fettuccine' was delivered instead. When she called back to clear up the situation, the owner was combative and told her that she ordered fettuccine, which she certainly did not. He argued with her and told her that he could not "read her mind" - unbelievable! He also said he would charge her for pasta AND pizza! She told him the driver took the pasta back and he agreed to just cancel, thank goodness. When she tried to make her case for ordering actual pizzas - he HUNG UP ON HER! If she initially said she wanted pasta, why would she say 'large'?? Why would she add all those veggies? TERRIBLE customer service. He completely misunderstood her and tried to turn it...
