Guess I should have looked at the reviews prior to patronizing this establishment so that’s my fault. Katie is the worst, and a disgrace of management!! My husband came in on 2/6 and picked up two steak subs that I asked and paid for extra everything. Get home and my sandwich was harder and dryer than the Sahara! I call and speak to Katie who offers a replacement, I said I would try to make it by Sunday only two days later however, I ended up stuck in another location and the snow storm hit, when the snow storm was over I returned on the following Friday and they were swamped, police and everything so I took a photo to show the line and wait because I had to return to my job. Fast forward to today I returned for a 3rd time and this time I spoke with Katie face to face and she looked me straight in the face and refused to replace my sandwich, so not only have I wasted money but now time, gas and effort. I ask her why she wouldn’t just do the right thing and she says they only have two-three days to replace a sandwich! Well, I ordered it Friday the winter storm came Monday how is that enough time considering the circumstances?? Be foreal!!! Just rude and shouldn’t be the face of your establishment! Read moreWorst Experience Ever. I order my sandwich in the parking lot to take advantage of my reward, and go into the store to advise how my sandwich is to be made. They tell me they have to go by the receipt and that cant get my sandwich with veggies nor toasted how I like. I ask for management and he gets called because he's not on site. He proceeds to tell me that stores new policy and that they'd rather throw away my sandwich than to add veggies and toast it how I desired. I ask for a refund and he says I have to come back in the AM in order to get a confirmation or I have to leave my receipt and trust him to process it, because the employees on duty don't have the authority to process refunds. I just leave and instantly file a complaint with corporate. This is ridiculous. Subway has built a culture of making the customers sandwich the way they please, but these guys here just want to spite and be a problem for their customers. The employees are often rude, but I believe the standard starts with management/ownership. Avoid this store and go to the providence village location. Read moreOur family eats at subway several times a month if not more. We usually do only good reviews but this was not pleasant felt like I was a burden the. Get home and find out all sandwhiches are wrong. We spent over $70 at various subways the past weeek.We have a household to run and use the mobile app. For starters pur daughters sandwich literally had every ingredient she asked not to have and didn't have what she asked for. I have pictures if needed. My wife's sandwich was wrong. We ordered via mobile app and when I walked in I was scoffed at, no greeting and food was not on shelf where mobile orders go. I had to wait and saw that my order was ready but behind the counter. The sandwich in picture was supposed to have Lettuce, Salami, green peppers and honey mustard. Everything else she chose no on and you can see there was no Lettuce only spinach, tomatoes and banana peppers, and pickles were all NOT asked for. Our hope in this review is that maybe some training on reading the orders from app and customer service training will help. We enjoy subway and again usually always do good reviews.
