I’ve been getting nail art/structured gel manicures for 10+ years, and she is the best I’ve ever met (and the youngest💅—get it Bella). She is truly an artist, her hand painting and color layering is next level. This woman literally painted a tiny budgie bird on my pinky finger that got more compliments than any art I’ve ever had done in my life.
