My 3-year-old has been attending TLE for just over a month, and I can't say enough good things about the Director, Cassie, and the Assistant Director, Vanessa. From the very first tour, I felt assured and comfortable knowing my daughter is in a school with leadership that genuinely cares about the children. They are always available to address any questions or concerns I have. Before officially starting, my daughter had the opportunity to attend a discovery day, and Vanessa made such a positive impression that my daughter now calls it "the happy school" and considers Vanessa a friend. A school truly reflects its leadership, and these ladies are doing an outstanding job!
The school is clean and bright, with bold colors and playful animal mascots painted on all the walls. While some might not prefer the vibrant colors, it's clear that the kids absolutely love them! I really appreciate how the school emphasizes making learning fun.
Another huge win is the schoolâs curriculum! My daughter is in the âPreppers Bâ class and they implement the L.E.A.P program, which emphasizes intellectual, social, and cognitive development through hands-on activities. Receiving pictures of my daughter engaging in science by planting seeds, practicing yoga, learning to sort objects, and much more is such a highlight for me. Finding a place with a strong curriculum was a top priority for my husband and me.
There's so much good to say about the school, from excellent parent communication through texts, emails, and take-home papers, to the friendly and caring staff.
However, I do want to mention an area for improvement. While there are cameras in the classrooms that parents can request to view at any time, there isn't mobile phone access to watch your child on the cameras. This isn't a deal breaker for my husband and me, especially since our child is more vocal and independent now. Still, without mobile app camera access, we do wish the app used to update parents on their child's daily activities was updated more consistently and frequently. Nap times and what, when, and how much my child has eaten throughout the day are super helpful for parents especially if any after school activities are planned. Iâve discussed this with both the teacher and Vanessa but unfortunately it is still inconsistent. Sometimes the last update I receive in the day is breakfast.
Overall, it's a wonderful school with genuine staff, great communication and an excellent curriculum. I would definitely...
Read moreI cannot say enough wonderful things about The Learning Experience (TLE) in Aubrey, Texas! From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew this was a special place. The facility is bright, clean, secure, and filled with joy, learning, and laughter â a true home away from home for our child.
What really sets this preschool apart is its exceptional leadership. The current Director, Mrs. Cassandra, is absolutely phenomenal. Her passion for early childhood education, her genuine care for each child, and her ability to run the center with both warmth and professionalism is inspiring. She is approachable, responsive, and always goes above and beyond to ensure families feel informed, welcomed, and heard. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it radiates through the entire center.
The teachers and staff at TLE Aubrey are equally amazing. Theyâre nurturing, patient, and highly skilled in engaging children through age-appropriate, hands-on learning activities. Every day, our child comes home excited to share what theyâve learned. The staff doesnât just teach â they connect, support, and encourage each child to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Weâve seen incredible development in our child since enrolling here â from learning early literacy and math concepts to building confidence, friendships, and independence. The communication is consistent and thoughtful, and the curriculum is both fun and enriching.
TLE Aubrey truly feels like a community. Weâre so grateful to be a part of it, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to any family looking for a loving, high-quality preschool environment. This place is a gem, and the team behind it makes all...
Read moreI toured at least 13 different schools before deciding to sign my son up with TLE and am so grateful I did. He loved his time at school and adored his teacher Ms. JT (who is absolutely amazing). Here are some pros and cons that helped me make my decision that I think would be helpful to those trying to make a decision on their own kids school:
Pros: 1) nice, covered playground with more outdoor playtime than any other school I visited. 2) a cool indoor playroom for kids to run and play for days where weather is too bad to play outside 3) really nice classrooms/smart boards. 4) great staff (my son and I loved Ms. JT, the director of the school and other staff) 5) great security- double locked door, sign in/out, cameras, alarms on doors, high & private playground fence. 6) flexible schedules on if needing part-time care 7) always fun events going on (pj day, fun runs to raise money for charity, etc). 8) great app where you get pictures, meal summary and other notifications about the school. 9) they just started offering parentâs night out
Cons/things I wish were different: 1) it is on the $ higher end the schools I looked at 2) traffic on 380 can be a pain getting to/from school 3) because it is a franchise, I do get the sense that corporate dictates much of lesson plans/activity materials, so teachers prob donât have as much creative control as some other schools (I guess this could be a good/bad thing depending on the teacher). 4) no progress reports/meetings like some other schools do.
Overall, Iâm very glad we picked TLE as my sons first school experience and thankful for...
