I was shorted on my big breakfast meal . Went inside after calling 3 x without an answer and told the manager my issue . She asked for my reciept , I paid w a debit card so I didnt get a reciept . I told her I called 3 xs and tried showing her my phone to prove I called as she stated she never recieved any calls and she answers the phone . She acted like it was the biggest inconcevience to her to replace my missing items . I actually called again while she was getting my items bagged and she was next to the phone and she totally ignored it ringing. I told her I just called and you didnt answer while you were right next to the phone . She had the typical resting B face and tried to make me feel like I was asking for a free meal or making her go out of her way for me . I am not one to talk bad about local business as I know our commerce helps with the taxes in town but this time I feel like its warranted . I never seen this person at the Plano location so she must be fairly new . I have had a few issues with wrong orders in the past and never have I been given such attitude . Plano McDonalds needs better management . Maybe I will apply and show them how customer service should be handled .. !!! If I needed to lie to get free hashbrowns and eggs I am in worse shape then I knew lol.. The meal wasnt even for myself , I purchased it as a gift for a friend to cheer them up ... so much...
Read moreI was asked by manager Jazmin to sit in a parking spot and wait for my food after paying. An employee showed up soon- with the wrong order. I also let this employee know I hadn't gotten the correct drink and asked them to please bring the correct one when they brought the food.
Instead of getting anything we were completely forgotten about. After waiting more than 20 minutes I went inside to ask where our food was- the manager who'd told me to wait in the parking spot (Jazmin) had no idea. After hearing my complaint she... immediately left to help the only other guest at the counter (???) before finally returning to say she would start to get my family's order ready. When I got a bag of food I was still missing the correct drink which I had to ask for again. Finally, after I returned home my wife discovered her fry was still missing.
Although she said she was the manager Jazmin said she had no way to make this up to me and I would have to call a different manager the next day. We'll see how that goes tomorrow.
If 'not doing stuff' is Jazmin's job, give her a raise. She couldnt get our 2 drinks correct at the second window, forgot about us after she told us to wait in a spot for our food, then still couldn't get the order right after a total of 30+ minutes and...
Read moreUnfortunately this is the only fast food or any other type of restaurant close to my job. Mistakes from getting ice tea rather than a coke, to mayo on a lettuce only McChicken and everything on something ordered plain happen quite frequently at this location as does missing items in your bag. When I've used the mobile order and check in the app quotes you a five minute wait. I have had to call inside after waiting 10 to 15 minutes on many occasions. With the price increase McDonald's has put on its menu you would think they could train their staff better. Sad if I was not so darn hungry leaving work I could drive to the next town and get an AWESOME cheeseburger and fries from our Mexican restaurant for less than purchasing what seems to become more and more disgusting Big Mac meal. This location as well as others owned by the same franchise owner the cooks add way too much of the grill salt combo on their burgers. I can also get much better food and service if I could hold out and drive to Arby's but unfortunately after spending 4 hours in a pool teaching lessons the closest place for lunch has to cut it. App "deals" are less than impressive as well. Especially for the quality of what is becoming way...
