Customer service trash the heavy set lady with the glasses had an attitude. They run outta food fast which is crazy. Back to the lady with the attitude im black but look white and young she was sweet to the elderly fully black people. But anywho I asked was they outta something that i wanted she was like yea but said it with an attitude then asked with an attitude what else i wanted i almost walked out but i didnt feel like driving around to find another place after i ordered my first plate she yelled next like i was done didnt ask was i done so i order my second plate was mad i did because when i got home the food wasnt all that like the reviews said it was it definitely wasnt worth the price if i could leave zero stars i would. I should have taken a picture of my plate, it was made with love. Visiting my mom and pops in Arkansas from NJ I wanted some good soul food. My step father…Papa Thea told me about his sister’s restaurant and we took a trip there. I had baked chicken, smashed potatoes and gravy, cabbage, green beans and Miss Ann’s famous yeast rolls. Omg… the chicken was perfect, tender and flavored to the bone. The atmosphere was inviting as people say hello when entering. I will definitely be back when I’m in town! Ms. Annie can cook baby! I met her the one time as she served us. I can discern that she is NO.Nonsense and Aint bout to play, but her hospitality was stellar as was her staff. We made it later in the day...and most of the meat was way low, she had sold out except these smothered pork chops! I'm a foodie so trust whenI tell you, that gravy on those chops was kickin' like Jean Claus Van Damme they was good! GET YOURSELD IVA THERE GUYS!
