Riviera Maya — Restaurant in Little Rock

I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!! My friends and I ordered food from them through Bite Squad today. When I received my food, I found TWO HAIRS in my chicken nachos AND they didn't give us our extra cheese dip that we ordered!! I politely called up to Riviera Maya and tried to explain to them what was going on and that I wanted a refund. The guy that I spoke to was SUPER RUDE to the point where I had to leave my job and go up there personally!!!! When I got there, he was even more rude like it was my fault!!! Then, to add insult to injury, while he still had a nasty attitude, he asked me if I wanted to order something else.......mind you he insulted me before that by asking me where were the hairs because he didn't see them!!!!!!! I was already upset because of the hairs and the cheese dip, but he made the experience SO MUCH WORSE because of his poor customer service!! It was so bad to the point where I thought we were going to end up literally fighting!!! That was my first and my very last experience with them. I don't recommend anyone to go there!!! First visit, serve was OK, and the food was unimpressive. Thinking I might end the meal on a high note ordered the tres leches. What I got looked and tasted like something you would buy from the grocery store, horrible!

Thinking any restaurant could have an bad day or so, went back yesterday (about 1 year after last visit). The service was a tad better, but food was unimpressive. Being hot outside, lunch time and unsure of their food. I ordered something very simple, nachos. Nachos can very greatly when it comes to recipes, however most will have more than 2 ingredients! I received a plate of chips, with low seasoned hamburger dumped on it! No cheese, onion, peppers, heck not even a lime! Just dry meat and chips. Heck if they had even seasoned the meat better it would have helped! I ended up putting it in a doggie box and actually gave it to my dogs!

The person I was eating with, just wanted something off the À la cart menu, and even pointed at the item on the menu, to make they got the one item not the meal. Sure enough they brought the whole meal!

My experience with the food and drinks were terrible. My husband took me out to this new restaurant. Once in there, we sat ourselves and ordered drinks. The drink My husband ordered for me first was a strawberry 🍓 daiquiri. It was watered-down with no strawberry taste so my husband flagged the waiter down who was rude. My husband told the waiter that the drink was not good so he ordered a soda for me. The drink was flat with no taste. So my husband preceded to order another drink 🍸 which was lemonade. We notice that the waiter attitude was getting worse, because he didn't like taking anything back once confronted with a series of problems with the drinks. The waiter got me another drink. The lemonade was flat, warm with no sugar. So I thought maybe the food would be better. I ordered a large vegetarian quesadilia that included mushrooms 🍄, tomatoes 🍅 and cheese 🧀.
