Tucked away in the strip mall business district of Little Silver, this bakery which provides its creations to a great nearby Cajun seafood restaurant called Drew’s Bistro, a finalist for regional James Beard award, is definitely worth the trip when you want to up your cooking level in all things that involve bread.

For use to make grilled cheese sandwiches, bruschetta, charcuterie board or stufffing, these freshly baked bread will not disappoint. For about $13, you will get a hefty loaf or have it sliced, a far better deal than Wegmans or any other grocery store. Having travelled around to different sites on various days to the various outlets that previously served as distribution points for their bread, I finally went to their very own store.

Freshly baked, beautifully exhibited, with more variety than I ever expected. Each, equally, the best example of breads I've ever experienced.
