Edit: former 5 star, now 2. Second order and review: Ordered at 6:15pm, estimated delivery by 7:05. Nothing. Call at 7:30. They clearly forgot our order. Told it would be 20 minutes. 8:15, food finally arrives. We were charged full price and no additional items were provided. That's fine, poor customer service, but fine.
