Olivia's Trattoria & Artisan Pizza — Restaurant in Little Silver

Olivia's is an amazing restaurant that I fill is a hidden little gem in Monmouth County. My significant other and I have been recently moved to Little Silver; walking distance from Olivia's and decided to try it out one random night for dinner to get to know the town a little better and we were so blow away from the service and quality. Both of us have been in the hospitality and restaurant business our entire lives and I truly mean it that I saw the service of staff and quality of food was above and beyond this is a prime example of owning and supporting a small business.

We arrived at around 7:45pm and the restaurant was empty but we were immediate greeted by staff. There was someone cleaning since it was a slow night which is great to see as there is " always something to do" in a restaurant. We asked to see the menu and were seated. The gentlemen that was cleaning immediately began setting the table up for us and getting us water. We were in the mood for Pizza so we ordered a Pie well done and an order of fried Calamari as an app. We never order calamari out at dinner anymore as we are always disappointed because it is never up to par as 1 restaurant in Staten Island who's calamari is so amazing we cannot eat anyone else's as we are always disappointed in comparison. BUT let me say Olivia's was definitely an exception. Calamary was big fresh lightly battered and crispy. Good size portion as well. great with the traditional marinara sauce, even better with buffalo sauce.

Up next we get the Pizza. We always order well done to make pizza has a thin crispy crust. Pizza cam out beautifully and pipping hot. We could not finish the entire thing but it also reheated amazingly and came out just as good as the night we ordered it. I would say if David Portnoy were to rate the pizza on his Barstool Pizza Review it would definitely be in the 7/8's. At the end of our meal we were so full we could not eat dessert and just asked for the bill. We were delightedly surprised when they send us over some delicious cannoli on the house and we could not be more grateful for that.

In the end Amazing people working here and we cannot wait...

I don’t normally post Google reviews, but I ordered delivery for the first time to my office (Family Chiropractic Center in Little Silver) and let me tell you this was THE BEST SANDWICH I’ve had in a very, long time. I ordered the chicken pesto BLAT on house made focaccia and it came with a very fresh house salad with balsamic vinaigrette. They delivered in under 20 minutes which was very impressive! I wish I had taken a picture because the sandwich itself was a beautiful thing. I was a first time customer so they promised to let me try something special on the house. The delivery driver forgot which was no big deal; I was happy with my salad and sandwich and the owner showed up 25 minutes later to hand deliver the cannolis to me which were also DELICIOUS! 5 STARS. Hello everyone !! I am a life long Red Bank girl and LONG time pizza LOVER, who is VERY particular about her sauce. I could eat pizza every week. My sister and her friends go to this AWESOME restaurant every week. She and her friends always rave about the owners and the staff. They LOVE the owners commitment to good service, which is hard to find these days. My sister brought me back a couple of slices of the special and BOOM.... SNAP just like THAT !! It was definitely SPECIAL. I have since ended my relationship with ALL other Italian restaurants. My eyes closed when I took my first bite. Lol.
