Trattoria Pizza — Restaurant in Littlestown

I have ordered from here numerous times now with pretty good things to say. However, this time around, I didn’t like it so much. I ordered wings and crab dip. The wings were good, but the crab dip literally only had a pinch of crab meat on it. I stirred it up, and proceeded to take a bite with the bread they provided, and it literally just tasted like straight cream cheese. No flavor at all, hardly any old bay, and like I said, just a pinch of crab meat. I called to try and get a refund and the nice girl on the phone told me that her manager was busy at the moment, but would be with me in a minute. Next thing I know, a few seconds go by and I was hung up on. I’d really like my money back and I don’t feel like I should have to call back and fight for it. If you think this is just a pizza joint then you are really missing out. What a wonderful surprise. There is some really excellent Italian cooking going on here.

The lobster ravioli is TDF. And this place really knows how to do eggplant. Mine was stuffed with super creamy and delicious ricotta and spinach that was wilted just right. (I couldn’t wait to get home to the leftovers the next day) Oh yeah, big portions. The house made bread is better than garlic bread any day (and I love garlic bread).

If someone suggests going to Olive Garden, grab a bottle of chianti and head to Littlestown.

The pizza and dinner dishes have always been good. I love supporting a local business over a chain. The prices are the best around. A quick edit to this. They have a punch card where you get the 8 pizza free. We ordered 2 pizzas for carryout one evening and the owner took our order over the phone. We explained that we have one that will be free and one will be bought so ce we were getting number 7 and 8. She said alright. When we arrived the associated questuined it and so we talked to the owner why we were being charged for 2. Long story short she went back on her word and we paid for 2. We will not be going back.
